We had Erica and Stephanie bring their cool truck to our son's engagement party at our house last night. We had 70 guests and, without question, the truck was the hit of the party. Both young ladies are excellent to work with and their unique ice cream sandwiches and donuts were fantastic. Heaven in ice cream form! I finally got to try Frozen Sin after reading a million great reviews from other Long Island moms. Everything on the menu sounded amazing but I ended up trying the funfetti ice cream sandwich. It. Was. Amazing. Not overly sweet and the homemade crumbled donuts mixed into it were a great touch. Thanks to other reviews, I also saw that they're at the Seaford farmers market on Saturdays so I'll be stopping by all summer to try other flavors and some of those delicious looking donuts! read more

Wow!! Finally had a Frozen Sin creation at the FoodTruckFriday event in Levittown this evening! If I had 8 more thumbs I'd give them 10 thumbs up! Great menu of items--I chose the Frozen Hot Chocolate ice sandwich and my sister had the salted caramel mocha ice cream sandwich and both were so yummy--a perfect balance of decadence and familiar flavors that blend so well with one another. I went back to bring home some for my husband and son to try. Next time I'll try a made to order mini donut sundae! Fair prices and friendly owners/chefs made me a true Frozen Sin Fan! read more

I don't know how this food truck isn't on Yelp yet! YUM! I visited this truck on a Saturday morning at the Seaford Farmer's Market. The ice cream sandwiches are HUGE. My friends and I (4 of us) split the chocolate chip cookie one and it was more than enough to satisfy our ice cream craving. It was delicious. AND...the best part...the outside of the sandwich, the chocolate chip cookie part, was SOFT. HALLELUJAH! It is so difficult to find someone, anyone, who can make a soft chocolate chip cookie that stays soft after it cools. And, considering in-between these two cookies was really cold ice cream, you gotta hand it to these 2 girls. Highly recommend. Affordable, great service, great food. read more

These are not your typical Good Humor chipwiches! We picked up four ice cream sandwiches from the new Valley Stream Farmer's market. My favorite was cookies & cream. The cookies were like brownies- very fudgy- & their own vanilla ice cream had big chunks of Oreos in the middle. The cookie dough sandwich was a close second. They use flat sheets of dough, which becomes messy but oh-so-good! I didn't get to try the funfetti because my kids ate it too fast, but it was my son's favorite. It looked like basic vanilla, sugar cookies, sprinkles. The mint sandwich was very different because they use fresh mint leaves. It was good, but actually my least favorite. I can't wait to try strawberry shortcake & I'm definitely stocking up on more cookies & cream. read more

Phenomenal. Don't get sticker shock from the ice cream sandwiches- they are totally worth $8. They are enormous- we usually get a couple flavors and then quarter them, so we can sample different ones. Our favorites are cookie dough, dulce de leche, chocolate, and mint chocolate chip. The ladies inside are super nice, and you can tell they really care about their product and the customers. At first, I thought $8 for an ice cream sandwich is expensive, but it's huge and worth every penny. I had the dulche de leche. It was amazingly delicious. The snickerdoodle cookies were soft and the ice cream was sweet and salty bc they out potato chips and pretzels in it. I also had a slice of their spinach feta quiche. The cookie dough ice cream sandwich is literally my breakfast on Saturday mornings for the entire time the Seaford Farmer's Market is open! The ice cream is homemade, amazing and unique. The girls that make and run the truck are so friendly and generous, often giving my two children extra donuts in our order just to make their smiles even bigger (if that were possible.) I have had their mint chip, pumpkin, peach, chocolate, vanilla, and apple pie ice cream (both alone and in a sandwich), and one is better than the next. I cannot recommend this food truck high enough. My only complaint about this ice cream truck is that they don't drive past my house every night in the summer playing music. read more

If this allowed me to give 10 stars I would do it. The ice cream sandwiches are fantastic and enormous. Everything is made from scratch and fresh. They continually change up their custom flavors and there's always something new to try. They are also famous for their mini donuts that are made fresh on the truck while you wait. There is an assortment of toppings you can choose from including honey bacon, smores, powdered sugar, salted caramel and on and on. I was able to get my ice cream and donut fix all last summer at the Seaford and Rockville Centre farmer's markets. I have to check as should be opening the markets for the season. VERY happy about that. Can't wait. Forgot to mention that the owners are very nice and are always helpful when I have questions. I believe they are available for private events. Gourmet ice cream sandwiches, lemonade with fresh vanilla bean and made to order mini donuts to die for. Frozen Sin churns out some of the most delicious and most innovative ice cream sandwiches and mini-donuts I have ever eaten. Everything is homemade with such obvious care and attention to detail. The cookies (the "bread" of the ice cream sandwiches) are freshly baked and are chewy soft that it'll make your toes curl. The ice cream, also homemade, is so much more flavorful than anything store bought ... it's almost as if it is an entirely different food product than what you'll find in any store's freezer section. The cookie dough sandwich is, of course, amazing. They also have a bacon infused cookie sandwich with coffee ice cream ... what can I say other than WOW. The frozen hot coco ice cream sandwich is another favorite, and that's dotted with soft marshmallows with a chewy brownie cookie as the "bread." Oh, and the funfetti sandwich has pieces of Frozen Sin's donuts churned into the ice cream. Unbelievable. I also love the creamsicle sandwich (made with real orange peel!!) and the strawberry shortcake sandwich. As if that wasn't enough, they also make incredible mini-donuts with all sorts of toppings, including s'mores, chocolate raspberry, cheesecake mousse and more. Even the plain donuts simply dusted in a sugary mixture reminiscent of a carnival treat are amazing. To wash it down, try the vanilla bean lemonade. So refreshing.
