As a side note- I've been ordering from cold Stone for like 5 years or more and I've never felt compelled to leave a bad review, or even say a bad word about it. I think everyone agrees all the toppings they mix in with the ice cream is the best part. That being said, last night I went on Uber Eats and I ordered from the cold stone on Hempstead tpke in levittown and I've never seen such a scarce portion of toppings in my lifetime. And I ordered 2 triple pints so it was $70 worth of ice cream (mainly for the toppings) I paid for and I chose 6 toppings for each triple pint, because that's how I roll,. But I got like 3 sprinkles , some Oreo crumbs, and a couple of tiny marshmallows. This type of treatment of your customers is borderline abusive. 3535 Hempstead tpke cold stone you need to do better. Even if you are rationing or something be frugal with the toppings on the small , single and double scoop orders, not the big dogs who pick up weight , like 2 triple pints on a Wednesday night re up. Employees are very young and do not care about this business! 7/10 times your order will be wrong if you order pick up or delivery. If you call to have it corrected you will be cursed out by the kids! So mean! The ice cream is good but your best bet is walking into the store and watching the kids mix up your batter. Went into the establishment tonight and there was at least 8 employees behind the counter. I was waiting on line and the employee blew past my wife and I to take the customers behind us. We thought he made a simple mistake and the other customers didn't stop him. We figured no big deal we will just wait. Another employee finally came up and asked if he can help us and then proceeded to finish up the order of the other customers. We finally asked if someone could actually do our order. We finally placed our order but they were out of the toppings we wanted. OK now we go to ring up and the employee asks if we would like a reciept. We say yes and the employee them proceeds to tell us sorry we can't print it up tonight. No further explanation. Last part of this disaster was while another employee was dealing with another customer(I assume it was a friend of hers) started cursing at her using excessive vulgarity. It was a complete and utter disaster visiting this location. We will not be going back. read more

Wow...2 days in a row they messed up two orders. First time I had cold stone, I had vanilla, strawberry, and yellow cake... The strawberries were completely frozen. Second time I ordered, it was a family order, we paid extra for a waffle bowl which costs extra, they did not include it, and I even gave a tip. I contacted support to report a complaint, one day passed, no one gets back to me. Next day I order, I order a vanilla, strawberry, and yellow cake. I paid extra, instead they gave a vanilla with sprinkles. Safe to say they have lost a customer. I will no longer go here, three strikes, that's all you get. The service at this store is the worst. 5 people behind a counter with 3 customers in a store, 2 of whom were being assisted before me while I waited to get help. Then another customer came in and skipped me and went directly to one of the other associates and immediately was being helped. By then I had lost all patience because I had to wait and witness 5 different ppl behind a counter walking back and forth and only one of them was helping the couple before me until the lady walked over and asked for help. I honestly hope it wasn't a racial thing but I was the only African American in the store at the time. My boyfriend and I were craving a cold treat the other day and decided to take a drive down to Cold Stone. First, the layout of the store is quite confusing with the new COVID procedures. I understand having sections blocked off to keep customers 6+ feet apart, but there were no instructions as so how the "line" (if you want to call it that...) was supposed to flow. Service was also quite weak. There was only one other customer in the store and 6 employees behind the counter. It took several minutes for us to even be acknowledged. I am appreciative that there are many sorbet options for us dairy free folks! The mango/strawberry combo (with added coconut) was a nice tropical treat. Prices are sky-high though. You're probably better off just buying a pint from the grocery store and adding in your own toppings. Skip Cold Stone (or at least this location) in the near future. read more

Got the chocolate cake batter, which is awesomely yummy, but might be a little too sweet as a shake. Not planning on adventuring for the tastebuds either. The smartest thing that the owner of this Cold Stone Creamery did was to choose this location to open his store. This place is an absolute Gold Mine!! Any time I have stopped in for one of their concoctions, the store is never empty. Forget the weekends and summertime, you then have to deal with all the lines. Unlike Starbucks (too many to count), there is no other Cold Stone Creamery nearby. OK, I'm sure you have all been to a Cold Stone Creamery before and know how amazingly delicious everything is there. Then, there's no need to try and convince you to order one of Cold Stone's Signature Creations like the Strawberry Banana Rendezvous (strawberry ice cream, graham cracker crust, white chocolate chips, strawberries and banana) or the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection (chocolate ice cream, peanut butter, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and fudge). You might as well just kick yourself afterwards for the 5 lbs. you are guaranteed to gain from this one!! It is huge!! (no, I didn't get one, the guy in front of me did - really!!) You can also have a little fun and make up your own concoction like me, the "Cherry Surprise" (sweet cream ice cream with cherry pie filling and almonds) Don't laugh, this just may be their next "Signature Creation"!! I like this location for several reason's: it's always immaculate, there are tables to sit and eat, the staff are very nice and they are always in tune when they sing that stupid little song whenever they get a tip. Went last week for a once in awhile Cold Stone fix. I would like to start by saying their pricing dramatically increased. I'm not sure if it's due to the pandemic but I remember when a "Love It" size was 5.99 now it's 8.99. Cold Stone ice cream is consistent but the prices are very disappointing. The icecream was really good im not going to lie. The strawberry and dark chocolate flavor was very creamy and rich. There are a lot of flavors to choose from that you end up feeling overwhelmed by the choices you have. I got the waffle cone and the portion size of the ice cream was fairly large. i've always loved cold stone up until this experience. My order was originally made incorrectly and after driving 30 minutes to my house, I came back just to simply have it replaced. I came in and even apologized to him for the inconvenience and asked him to remake my order. When i walked in he hid in the back and attempted to avoid taking my order, when he finally came out I had to flag him down while the other workers were just standing around and he continued to make snarky comments about me coming back just for toppings. My boyfriend and I went into the shop at 10:40pm when the shop closes at midnight. When we got there, it was decently busy with people, but all people who already ordered and paid and who were just waiting. We only needed to pay for a package of 4 ice cream sandwiches, so we thought it would be quick. We stood at the cash register without being acknowledged at all for 10 minutes. Two workers were even counting cash in the machine and complaining about still having to be there working (again, over an hour before closing time). One of them finally looked at us just to ask us to let him check out the people behind us for some reason. After he let them pay, instead of helping us, he went back to doing random things and complaining. I had to send my boyfriend to get a new pack at this point because the original one had started to melt. Then, another worker asked for the next customer and completely ignored us again. At this point, over 15 minutes just standing in the shop and being ignored by everyone, my boyfriend asked "can we pay for this here?". The same worker said "yes" while being annoyed and took my card to pay. He never said thank you, and just said "you're good". I asked if the receipt printed and he rudely asked if I wanted one, to which I said yes. He huffed and ran to another machine to print it out. Overall, it was supposed to be a quick trip just to pay for prepackaged dessert, and ended up being an extremely upsetting 20 minute rude interaction. 1000% not worth it at all. read more

They were both really good but are now in my fridge since i couldn't finish them both obviously.
