He has a formidable knowledge of all things beer AND bicycles. The restaurant is also a bicycle shop, a great bicycle shop, repair and sales. The walls and the bar top are adorned with old and new bicycles. Oh, the best fries I've ever put in my mouth. Only open evenings, closed only Wednesday.

They were so good and delicious but here's the kicker, the standard dipping sauce is ranch but our awesome waitress suggested caramel sauce. My wife and both looked at each other with a perplexed look but decided to go with it. She brought the caramel sauce and reluctantly I tried it. OMG!!! It was like a chewy waffle with buttery maple flavor. It was epic would definitely take a drive up there just for those bad boys.
