    Not pleased with this service at all. Internet is regularly slow or completely down. So frustrating. Avoid it like the plague.

    I spent over five hours at this location the day before we were set to leave on a two week family…read morevacation, and it was one of the worst, most dishonest experiences I have ever had with sales and customer service. I was misquoted at multiple points during the experience (for actual hours of time, only to have to start completely over when it was identified by a manager passing by) and even had things added to my account that I stated I didn't want or need and never agreed to -- the sales person upgraded my plan as I was purchasing a new phone, and despite me saying I didn't need to upgrade my plan, I later found that my plan had been upgraded anyway. When I noticed the plan upgrade on my app, as I was waiting for the other device activities for our account to take place, he insisted he'd discussed premium data, and I'd said yes. What I'd actually done was explicitly state I didn't need a plan upgrade or the additional features, but I'd nodded my head and said okay in understanding when he'd discussed it. When I directly asked if he'd change my plan on his end, he became smug and told me that I'd agreed to it, at which point I told him that simply because I signed for the purchase of the device didn't mean I'd agreed to an upgrade. Otherwise, why would it be a shock to see on my account less than 5 minutes later? The manager came and sent the rep to the back after our discussion became noticeable to others, and as I watched other customers being assisted, I realized that he'd failed to show me the final screen that would have explicitly stated the changes that were being made to my account, and I simply thought I was signing for the payment of taxes on the new device because he'd taken my card to pay for that at the same time. There were so many other issues that occurred throughout our time there (again, this turned into 5 HOURS in the store!) as we worked to accomplish very basic tasks for mobile phone carriers (transferring lines and purchasing new devices), to the point that I was still communicating with their manager the next day. I asked the manager no less than twice for the contact information of their regional manager or their next level of leadership beyond the store and never received that information either. Steer clear of this store. I am still working to undo some of the things that occurred that day, well over a month later.

I left today with was I thought was free Hulu (it sowed up as $10/month; the salesman had outright lied) and Verizon protection ($19/month). I'm glad I looked over my bill carefully.

Technical…read moresupport goes above and beyond to make sure I understand not only how my service works, but how to use and get the most out of my devices! Customer support has been extremely diligent in responding to my questions. They made sure I have the right plan for my current usage, not what costs the most. I really appreciate them for making sure to resolve the issues I did have and make sure I, the customer, was treated the way they would want to be treated.

I have been waiting 3 months for a refund that should never have been charged. 5/21/2025 my equipment was scheduled to be picked up and I was told I would no longer be charged. 5/26/2025 a payment was taken from my account. Contacted the company and was told a ticket was put in for a refund. July invoice came stating I owed them for equipment not returned. I contacted the company and was informed they were unable to take the equipment off my garage on the original pick up date and they needed to reschedule to do so (they already have all equipment from inside my home picked up on 5/21). I told them to come anytime as this equipment is outside. 7/10/2025, equipment removed, I was told a refund would again be issued. August billing statement arrives, not only without a refund, but with a $5.00 late fee added to the previous charges, which I DO NOT OWE! Called the company again. This time being told that after the August 4th invoice was created, a note was added for the picked up equipment and a refund, so now, they will not issue a refund until after the 9/4/2025 statement comes out. Basically, if they get your money, you will pay hell to get it back because "This is how it is done". The equipment should have been fully credited by 7/10/2025 and a refund issued on 8/4/2025 if this is how they do things. I regret ever doing business with this company now. Horrible accounting services.

    Boost Mobile is a DISHONEST company that DOES NOT RESPECT its customer base. The employees at the…read morestore play games about things they tell you can and cannot do, such as 4 day phone returns which they do not honor. Its pretty shady that none of their policies are ever in writing, but an ever changing list of agreements, and promotions whenever this company feels like it. And an agreement with the online store will not be honored the same day as an agreement with your local store such as a $20 phone activation fee. More Specifically the online store offers a customers who leave a free month of service, but they never gave it to me! I work 48 hours a week plus school so I don't have time to wait on them, and just borrowed another phone waiting 2 weeks to get it. Instead of honoring the agreement they never gave me the free month claiming I said I didn't want it. And then saying that it expires. When I try to talk to customer service about this they bounce me around between 3 representatives leaving me on hold 20 minutes at a time. When I ask for the manager I am told the manager is not available; even though I was just told 15 minutes ago in the same call that they would talk to the manager. The manager is available they just don't want to talk. If they did, and actually were busy they would call you back in 5 min or so. This company lies to your face and not only doesn't value its customers but doesn't respect them either. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
