This is the second time they pulled this BS. Worst cable company I've ever seen in my life. If there were another option for cable I'd recommend it. So cancelled our appointment and can't get us rescheduled for another week. This means over 2 weeks without cable, I hope they don't try and send me a month invoice, it might be lawyer time.

Optimum Sales team will lie to you to get you to sign up for service. I was promised a promotion…read morethat would be $10 for internet and $25 for mobile service for 3 year locked price. However, the young punk who promised me the promotion lied through his teeth. The promotion never existed and instead of getting what I was promised I was given a promotion where I have to pay $20 for internet and $35 for mobile, for the next 1 year, not 3. I wish I could meet the sales rep that I spoke to so I could punch him in the face. Optimum will lie to you just to get you to sign up, and then when you do, they will increase the monthly charges (in my case $20) and just "hope you won't notice". If you do notice and try to call optimum, they will bounce you around like crazy. Internet and mobile are two separate departments. I got bounced between different departments and I kept getting hung up on. I asked for Sales and got transferred to bill. I was on the phone with these guys for over 2 hours trying to get my bill straightened out only to be told that there is nothing that they can do and that "it is what it is". I am currently looking for a new ISP and mobile service provider.

They said I owed $138 even after paying the $75 and though I paid $45 the first month . $50 the second month, $60 the 3rd and $65 the 4th . $75 for the 5th and 6th . I called to see what was going on with my account and they literally tried Making me pay what I didn't owe just to look at my account . Then I told them to cancel it and then they started leaving me super rude messages . I still have it also . Called to compain about them calling me like that and got told I was just a spammer . avoid this company at all cost .
