We had 16 windows and a doors plus a patio door in our house about 4 years ago. We had one window…read morethat would not lock. I call Joseph Contractors about this about 6x talk to Josh in person 2x, and email one. We nerve got one return call, or he never has came to fix it. Today a man from Dillion windows working up the street. He stop by it took him 2 minutes to fix it at no charge. I will never recommend this company again. If you going to have any work on your home you can have them do it, but somethings go wrong. You saw or heard the last from this company.
