When I tried to have a conversation with them, they said it's normal to have a system serviced every few months, that I must be clogging the toilet, and that they would come back and dump raw sewerage on my lawn! After last January's thaw, we noticed some backup in our unused basement and called a septic service billing itself as "New England's largest full-service." They pumped out our 'system' however the problem reoccured in two months. I will not prolong my tale but suffice to say after two additional septic pumps and once mistakenly a well. They were insistent that I needed a costly diagnostic study. I fully concurred but I wasn't confident they were the right ones to conduct it. I decided to get a second opinion. Enter All Seasons Septic, with Brad Robertson and his sons. In the course of several hours, they flushed, cleaned and added chemicals to my system. They recommended a local company to clear the drains in the house. This company arrived several hours later and completed the job.
