At the same time was dealing with issues with billing I was also dealing with pickup issues as they bought out my previous vendor. I haven't received a bill from them in over a year and have been paying off, under an agreement I made with them, to catch up based on the fact that they never billed me properly. Then, even though I don't get a bill from them, even though I don't get any email from them, even though I don't get a call from them, they cancel my account. I made three calls to try to set up an online account with them to try to get it set up for auto pay and yet it wasn't done after 6 months. Worst company ever. Not only did they lose my dumpster business but I'm no longer using my septic with them at my home.

How about zero stars? Dishonest, rude and unprofessional…read more Came out last year and pumped our tank. Within several months, sewerage is backing into the house. This has never happened in 20 years. They came out again and said the filter is clogged. Charge another $290 plus another $125 service fee. I never agreed to pay these fees and they never disclosed that they would charge again. When I tried to have a conversation with them, they said it's normal to have a system serviced every few months, that I must be clogging the toilet, and that they would come back and dump raw sewerage on my lawn! They came out that day and found that the only issue was a clogged filter which they took care of right away. They could have easily duped me into thinking that I needed my septic system pumped and make much more money off of me, but they were totally honest and wonderful. I contacted them today for their annual filter cleaning program and the call had reminded me that I had intended to put up this very appreciative evaluation.
