They came out that day and found that the only issue was a clogged filter which they took care of right away. They could have easily duped me into thinking that I needed my septic system pumped and make much more money off of me, but they were totally honest and wonderful. This has never happened in 20 years. They came out again and said the filter is clogged. Charge another $290 plus another $125 service fee. I never agreed to pay these fees and they never disclosed that they would charge again. When I tried to have a conversation with them, they said it's normal to have a system serviced every few months, that I must be clogging the toilet, and that they would come back and dump raw sewerage on my lawn! This other septic company knew we had recently had the system pumped, but they pointed out that whoever had pumped it had barely removed anything for the tank. The guy asks who we had had out to pump it, and before I told him, he said, "was it All Seasons?" Apparently they have a reputation for cutting corners to save on the dumping costs. Con artists!
