I call his number and leave a voice message telling him his services wouldn't be needed ( I can do that, right?) ) Later on that evening he called leaving me a voice message, which sounded a bit angry. In this message he TELLS ME. "I WILL BE THERE THURSDAY OR FRIDAY"! I had been sleeping when he called and didn't get his message until morning. His business opens at 7, so calling him at 6 a.m didn't seem like a hardship. Well, He swore at me! "Its 5 in the F - King morning" then he hung up! In response, so there would be NO misunderstandings. I typed out a text to him making clear his services were not needed. I felt it was necessary to put my cancellation in writing as obviously, he had ignored my original message. NOW, with all that being said. He may be a wonderful landscaper? He states on his site he's been in business for 27 years. We have a small yard and he quoted a hundred bucks, but he never got there. Perhaps, it really wasn't worth his time? But, rather then tell us (I've got to much work already) he said he'd be over (end of week, this week) Who knows? But, his use of the F bomb accompanied with a tone of hostility was in my opinion very unprofessional. My experience with him wasn't his work, but his attitude. And that was lousy.

Summary: Communication and delivery times = average. Quality of work and reasonableness of price = excellent.

By the way, if you do sign on with him, do NOT pay him in full until the job is completed. He still owes us $150.00 and we have yet to see it despite a verbal agreement by him and an email commitment from his business manager that the check would be in the mail. So far, after several emails...nothing!!
