All Seasons Septic claimed to have pumped out my septic tank and cashed my check. A few weeks later…read morewe had another septic service come over to do a title 5 inspection for us. This other septic company knew we had recently had the system pumped, but they pointed out that whoever had pumped it had barely removed anything for the tank. The guy asks who we had had out to pump it, and before I told him, he said, "was it All Seasons?" Apparently they have a reputation for cutting corners to save on the dumping costs. Con artists!

After last January's thaw, we noticed some backup in our unused basement and called a septic service billing itself as "New England's largest full-service." They pumped out our 'system' however the problem reoccured in two months. I will not prolong my tale but suffice to say after two additional septic pumps and once mistakenly a well. They were insistent that I needed a costly diagnostic study. I fully concurred but I wasn't confident they were the right ones to conduct it. I decided to get a second opinion. Enter All Seasons Septic, with Brad Robertson and his sons. In the course of several hours, they flushed, cleaned and added chemicals to my system. They recommended a local company to clear the drains in the house. This company arrived several hours later and completed the job. In short I have nothing but the highest praise for All Seasons Septic.

He was clear about the problem, explained it well and knew his stuff. In spite of the issues and awkwardness of our current plumbing, Andre did not give up and persevered with the blockage (between the bath and the sink) until it was finally resolved. Wouldn't hesitate to call this company again - very grateful for a good and positive outcome to a nasty problem. Thank you, Andre for your patience and hard work.
