Secondly, he seems to have inside and apparently himself collects very nice pieces, and I acquired from him a Gorman, which he then matted and framed and did an incredible job, simply incredible and enhanced the visual presentation of the peace. I told the owner a week before our appointment rain was in the forecast and he stated he would just frame it. But decided money was a priority and poured anyway. During the finish work it rained twice . He lied and said it only rained after the pour but he forgot I had backyard cameras and seen them doing the finish work in the rain. After we saw how bad it was damage we asked him if it should be covered to prevent more damage and he stated no.They also leavt a huge mess in front my neighbors house that I had to spend two hours cleaning with a pressure washer. I was also charged for having new sprinklers put in and having it regraded around the porch and he did non of it.. This company is shady don't use them.

He tells us she is not submissive anymore because she got sick and I guess wouldn't put up with the narcissist shit any longer. They were highly recommended to my Aunt Lo by KiKi from Livingston she insisted that he was a man with integrity. Well let me tell y'all how much integrity this dude has NONE. The first meeting was in November when we went over our floor plans and engineering drawings. During the meeting he looked at me and asked me was I was excited. I told him no I don't have anything to be excited about when we haven't done anything. During the meeting he told me that to get the cost from the vendors/subcontractors he must pay his worker (Tameka) to call around to the vendors/subcontractors to get the 3 options for us to pick from please be aware it wasn't 3 options to pick from matter fact it wasn't any. At first it was $500 for both houses for my mom and me. Then he said since it's 2 houses it'll be $500 each. At first we disagreed because we have NEVER PAID for someone to give us the cost for vendors/subcontractors. We agreed that if we DID NOT USE FRAUDULENT HARDEN ENTERPRISE SERVICES LLC we would get half our money back which is $250. Clyde informed us that the cost is 20% of everything he brings in and if we had anything he would charge 10%. Clyde prayed before the meeting was over and he left happy thinking he just got 2 fools. I Zelled my $500 the following week after the meeting. We provided the cost for windows doors brick wood for framing etc. We had a zoom meeting to go over what he did and did not have. We were supposed to have a meeting the week before Thanksgiving because he wasn't working the week of Thanksgiving due to giving out turkeys in the community and family time which was totally understandable. So on the day of the meeting with us not only did he not call to cancel the meeting, my mother had to call him to see if we were still having the meeting. Of course I was pissed because we are working together to get this project done and at the beginning stages you are already dropping the ball. He was very apologetic and we went on to have the next meeting which was supposed to be in person. He said since we still needed numbers for the cabinets we need to cancel that meeting because we didn't have cabinet numbers. He informed us that he has never done this before but he'll send over the cost for the contract for us to look over Thursday night for Friday's meeting. Well I knew looking at the numbers I wasn't attending the meeting. The foundation for my house in a subdivision is 71K which is done by his father-in-law that from Clyde's own mouth is using anyone off the streets and get the job done. He charges 71K for foundation and doesn't have a crew LMAO. Per an email Clyde said my father-in-law is working on adjusting the cement cost by making the beams smaller but smaller beams aren't what my engineering drawings call for, so risk my home for cost. The numbers for the cost ledger are ridiculous. I gave the brick info which was supposed to be charged 10% and he has 20% on the cost ledger. Electrical and Plumbing Cost all in one is 47.4K not an itemized list. This is the same dude that bragged about getting 30K to remodel a restroom, I'm assuming this was in a mansion. I'm warning you all no other companies that I know of charges for providing an estimate. My Aunt Lo who referred him called to see if she could talk to him because she was in the first meeting taking notes and suggested that if it doesn't work out he'll give back half. He told her that he'll lose his integrity on this one. I trusted him to do a 2 story and I asked, have you ever done a 2 story he said NO. I didn't attend the meeting on Friday Dec 1st because I didn't agree with the numbers. I sent an email to refund my $250 but didn't hear back from them. I sent a request through Zelle for my refund of $250 and it was declined. I texted and asked why he declined my request for my money back. See pictures attached.

I was a side project so I wouldn't see him for weeks sometimes. He also builds homes and works for another contractor Bud. When he would show up, he would ask for more money even though the job wasn't completed. He would bring people to help him but in my opinion were not as skilled as him. What was upsetting was when he brought one of his workers and something went missing out of my garage. My ring video showed suspicious stuff. When I approached Luis to show him the video he said it was a broken broom and trash. Then that afternoon Luis packed all his tools up and said he didn't feel comfortable at my house anymore. Really! I was just giving Luis a heads up and looking out for him about his worker and how it can effect his business/reputation. He walked away from $1200 for a $400 pole saw. Sounds suspicious! But then again the job wasn't completed so how can I owe him the rest. He left my house in chaos. When I tried to call him he blocked me and any other number. He also deleted his business Facebook page after I messaged him on messenger. I didn't have a problem with Luis. Luis had been at my house for 4 1/2 months and nothing went missing prior to him bringing this guy. Luis loves his job and is skilled in his profession. When he left I had plastic hanging in my living room for the fireplace to be painted still, paper on the tile floors that needed to be grouted and sealed, cabinet doors not made/mounted, etc. Now that I think about it I don't think one project was completely finished for the $$ I had already given him. I am paying additional $$ now for someone else to complete the job which is annoying.

I saw the investment group go through so many GC's and Sub-contractors that these institutional investors started to really get frustrated. By total accident Luis was at one of the houses while we were walking through one of the properties. That chance meeting changed the entire course of the project and renewed the investors faith. Luis was put in charge of those 20 houses and 30 more, I saw him actually doing every trade and his relentless demand for perfection kept him at the job site until late at night and back again early the next morning. Never did any of his crew come to us and say that they were not getting paid, which happens to often with other contractors. I have done business countless times since our time together during that big Harvey project and I can always count on him doing what he says. Bottom line is he is the most skilled and hardworking craftsman I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

There was a nice deal for buy 1 get 1 half off, and we were definitely excited to see this as prices have risen dramatically the last few years. (Picture is attached) We were denied this by a woman at the register, and she even asked another employee who was socializing nearby who gave affirmation. I quote, "Oh yeah, that promotion was only over the weekend, sorry." My wife and i looked clearly skeptical, but we chose to be polite. We put the items back ourselves. (they did not offer to do so for the Inconvenience) After leaving i looked at the photo I took of the sign, and it said it was valid through May 26th through June 7th. I came back inside, and showed the photo to the register employee. Hopefully, this won't happen to the next customer. But, due to this we do not plan on shopping here any longer. In the economic climate, taking care of customers is Paramount as we are all taking our money where accommodating service is the most important thing to retain repeat business. Good Luck in the future. Also, we noticed that organizationally this place does a bad job putting up signs with prices for many items. I would suggest a General Manager or above should inspect this place better.
