Communication with Alex, Melissa and Richard was daily. They kept us updated on all work to be performed the following day as well as what was completed each day. We had no "surprises". If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. The team kept a clean jobsite and would clean up at the end of every work day.
