Then around 7:45 they called me saying they wouldn't be done by 8:30 and asking if they could come the next day or stay later. I said to stay later and I would work it out with my renter. Got a call 5 minutes later with them openly lying to me, claiming they went to Home Depot and they were closed, so now claiming they couldn't complete it that night. Home Depot closes at 10 pm. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all. Anyways, point being, they are completely okay lying to their customers, and won't follow through with their work. Just awful to work with.

Initially they were very responsive after the Winter Storm damages. I had a contractor out. I sent…read morethe estimates from the insurance and had received payment from my insurance. I was told repeatedly that I would get priority because I had already started work with my insurance. However, the contractor Stephen has been non-responsive and kept telling me he had another guy working on it. I understand they are overloaded, but I never even had a chance to get on the schedule. I guess our repair job wasn't big enough for them. Very poor customer service since the initial consultation and I have now moved on. I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help. ***UPDATE The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I'd give them another chance had I not already had someone on top of the job.

I am selling my house and the inspector noted 6-7 items that were done wrong on the roof and need to be corrected. I contacted Anderson Restoration and have made ~6 calls to them and still can't get them to give me an answer on their warranty (they evidently did not file the warranty registration with GAF as they were required too). It has been 2 weeks and I am now forced to use someone else to fix the issue. Would NOT recommend using Anderson Restoration.

DO NOT USE Innovative Painting!! Despite talking the talk up front, Richard does not follow…read morethrough! I was renovating a new home and needed painting, drywall, and bathrooms remodeled. I interviewed a handful of contractors, including Richard. He showed up on time to quote me both times I asked him to, was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and likeable. I chose Richard for our job. At the agreed upon start date, Richard's guys showed up on time and were nice. They started by painting and doing some drywall work. They also started to demo the bathrooms that were being remodeled. After a week of work, the workers came to me and said they were sorry, but they were going to leave because Richard had not paid them in weeks. I had given Richard thousands of dollars at the commencement of work, so this should not have been an issue. After a few days of Richard promising that another crew would arrive but nobody showing up, I told Richard I could not afford to wait because we were moving in soon. He promised to refund me the money that I had paid up front. After many calls and texts back and forth, it took several weeks for Richard to send over his own elderly mother and father to remove all of the demolished bathroom materials with a trailer. After weeks turned into months, Richard only paid back a fraction of the money we gave him to do our job. I was very shocked that he paid any of it! He constantly has made BS excuses on why he can't get the money back to us for work he was not able to do, although he has admitted that he owes the money back. I have not heard from him since the end of 2020 and he still owes us thousands. The failure to do the work created many tough situations for me, my wife, and my small child. At one point we had to live in an Air BNB for a few weeks. Please do yourself a favor and find another contractor, and do not ever pay any amount for work until it's completed. I wish the best to Richard and his young family, but I believe in doing the right thing and he clearly does not. Message me if you want further details about my experience, but please find a more trustworthy option. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we did.
