He's extremely pushy almost to the point of a bullying and does not listen to anything you ask.  I asked several times in text for a revised estimate, never received one.  the main job I brought him out for, he didn't include in his estimate, which was painting my house.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and overall the experience was mixed. They also stood behind their work and made sure to come back and fix issues that came up, which we appreciated. However, it did feel like not all of the workers were fully qualified for the specific tasks they were assigned. There were a few mistakes along the way that required patching or rework, which slowed things down and caused some frustration. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. That said, I would recommend the company be a bit more cautious about assigning the right workers to the right tasks to prevent unnecessary fixes along the way. Carlos was great and very polite. When I first reached out for a quote, Jacob, the owner, came to my house and took his time…read moreanswering all my questions. Even a few days later, when I thought of more things to ask, he was quick to respond and made sure I got the info I needed. I asked a lot of off the wall things, but he was patient and made sure I understood the explanation of different types of patios and materials. Before starting the project, he walked me through the plan and introduced me to my project manager, Luis. Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! I was torn between putting money down on a larger home and moving, or building a patio to add square footage for gatherings. I am so happy I went with a new patio instead of the debt of a new home. I had to personally put getting any remodeling and home additions on hold while I cared for my dad for over a year. We talked about my patio dream before he passed in March.
