At 8:17 am on Saturday-Carlos/door refinisher texted me,saying the was running a little behind. Will let me know when he got closer. I responded-Ok we are waiting. At 9:18 I texted Carlos asking how far are you from our home, Carlos responded at 9:24 am saying he was 35 mins away coming from Sugarland. I live in Richmond ,TX which is Not 35 mins away. I called him at 9:25 am and asked him, why is he taking so long: His response was-that he stopped to do another job in Sugarland and it was his fault. That maybe he could make to our home at 10 am or a little after that! I told him to forget it, that we made arrangements to be available at 8 am. That it was BAD BUSINESS to do this to a customer, it says a lot about this company. That I did NOT want him to do anything. Then at 9:39 am he called me and said he talked to his boss and they would discount $50 off the price to redo my door. I advised him WE were not interested in doing any kind of business with him or the company. They are SO unprofessional! I would NOT recommend. I also called Crystal back the person who booked my appt, She didn't answer, I left a message explaining what happened, I NEVER got a call back. This company is UNRELIABLE, no customer service.

I paid over $500 for their window-cleaning service, and during the appointment I observed extremely unprofessional behavior from the technician, including vaping on my property while working. Even worse, I later discovered that two bags of clothes were missing from my property. I reviewed my own security video footage and saw the technician taking the bags. When I called to report the issue, the manager immediately turned the situation around on me instead of listening or trying to resolve it. There was no ownership, concern, or willingness to understand what happened. On top of that, they charged my card without obtaining my permission beforehand. Between the unprofessional behavior, the missing items caught on my own footage, and the dismissive response from management, I absolutely do not feel comfortable having this company on my property again. I'm also reporting the incident to law enforcement. I truly wish this experience had been different, but based on what happened, I cannot recommend Window Genie of Northwest Houston.
