I would recommend this company for his work alone. Stephanie is meticulous about taping and making sure fixtures and floors are as protected as possible. They will clean up after themselves and make sure you are happy with the job done. They were very receptive to the few questions /concerns I voiced and made sure the finish product was something I would be in love with. The home looks great and I would absolutely hire them again to paint my home! In fairness, there were some bumps along the way that should be noted for full disclosure (see below) but hire them to paint your home - you will not be disappointed. I have already referred friends and family to this company because Stephanie, Jose, and David are a great team that will make sure they do the job right. 1. Everything I was considering having done was not in the original quote. When I received a second quote from Stephanie, it was extremely high compared to the original quote for minimal additional work. She gave a discount but when I decided to do only some of the additional work, because I do not have an unlimited budget, she took the discount away. I was never told the discount was only valid if all of the additional work estimated was done. Bottom line, make sure you are clear about everything you want done from the beginning, or expect to pay a premium price for add-ons. 2. The estimated paint needed was significantly under what was actually needed to complete the job. 17 extra gallons were needed, and I ended up having to pay an additional $680 for the extra paint. This was disappointing as I expected the original estimate to be much closer to the actual amount needed based on their years of experience. I would plan for an additional cost of extra paint to be added to the job. 3. I would not recommend their cleaning services. I hired Stephanie's home cleaning team to come in for a deep clean of an empty home. I was charged $500. They did a very poor job cleaning several areas of the home including the refrigerator, oven/stove, bathtubs, and blinds. Several things had to be gone over again, and still were not "deep" cleaned. The cleaners seemed frustrated that I asked them to do it again and I received only excuses from Stephanie on why things were not actually deep cleaned.

I was very leery about hiring another contractor of any kind, due to the problems we had with one…read morein the past. However, Joe Gonzales and his team soon put all my concerns to rest. We hired Joe and his crew to fix an eyesore the last contractor left us with (refinishing our brand new front door so that it LOOKS brand new), as well as painting the exterior of our house, almost all of our first floor rooms, stripping/re painting our kitchen cabinets, and some minor drywall work. Joe's crew are all friendly, professional, and extremely efficient (they also all speak fluently in both English and Spanish). We were introduced to every person when the crew arrived, and they got quickly to work. They were very careful to cover our furniture/floors (and our cars, since they were painting the exterior as well), and taped off our counters, walls, and woodwork. Communication was top notch through the whole project -- the guys were given clear instructions from day 1, they worked smoothly as a coordinated team, and they didn't hesitate to check with us on anything and keep us updated. The entire job was done quickly and neatly, and these guys are perfectionists - they took the time to prep right (including power washing the exterior a day before painting, patching minor spots, etc), kept the work area clean, reviewed their work regularly, and were as picky as if it was their own home. The texture matches were spot-on. The quality of their work from start to finish is absolutely A1. We had zero problems. They also followed up a few days after it was done to be sure we were happy. It took a total of just one week to do the whole job - exterior of a 2-story house and detached garage, kitchen cabinets refinishing, and all the painting. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely be using them again whenever we need painting done. Clint Noel first went over the project on the phone with us, gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost, and then came to our house to meet with my husband and I to discuss the project in more detail. His subcontractors are excellent. We really liked the workers whom we got to know because they spent many days working at our house. The ones who did the tear-down, the finish carpenter, the painter, the electricians, master tile layer and many more were professional and very good. Clint is someone who wants everything done perfectly, and it shows in expectations he has of the people he uses. Clint also expects things to be done on the schedule he lays out for the project. There have been a few delays but that, I think, is to be expected especially when there are things that are out of his control, including the weather. He visits his job sites regularly, to maintain communication with the customer and his subcontractors, which ensures that you know he's involved in the project from start to finish. Clint/ Timber Creek Consulting Team Remodeling is the real deal! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! I can't wait to start phase 2 of our outdoor oasis!
