We requested a quote for a spot cleaning on our home and pressure washing our driveway/walkways…read more The quote was EXTREMELY reasonable pricing. We received services today and Anthony, the owner, EXCEEDED any expectations. He also added in cleaning out the gutters and cleaning our windows/window screens which was amazing. We felt he went above and beyond and worked on our home as if it was his own. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for reasonable pricing and great services. The amount of work our house needed was more than we could handle, and he handled it amazingly. 5 stars across the board! Thank you for all of your hard work!

I actually found Carlos after another cleaning company left me high and dry for a move out…read morecleaning. Carlos was extremely friendly on the phone and made special arrangements to come out to my house that day! He even gave me updates via text as to the status of the cleaners so I knew their ETA. He brought Jessica and her husband who did phenomenal work. They were even able to remove some hard water stains that I had been trying for years to remove (why hadn't I called them earlier?). Included in the cleaning was inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. Again, spotless work. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and it looks brand new and smells fresh. I'm sure the buyer of my house will appreciate it. I would highly recommend Carlos for any jobs in the future, he really saved me today!

I always make sure to call them before we have out of town visitors. I appreciate their attention to detail -- no item is too small to be wiped down or scrubbed up. They do an excellent job with our glass - the sliding outer doors and shower door. We have pets and I like that Right Choice really scrubs our tile floors clean. I try to keep our house clean on my own, but Right Choice does a better job than I can do myself. They are very responsive. They are flexible and willing to make an appointment around my schedule. When I call 477-8788 at night and leave a message, I always hear back from them the next morning. The workers at Right Choice are thorough and make me feel that I've gotten my money's worth.

My floors look great, they finished the job in 1 day. I had my entire upstairs done. And Donnie has…read moregreat customer service. My only complaint is that the floor installers after me telling them not to use my neighbor's water hose, still use my neighbor's water hose and mine. Hours after they left, my neighbor called to tell me that her water had been running on full blast for who-knows-how-long, because they had left hours before she called me. The only way she realized it was because there was water flooding in the street. She told me to go check mine and yes my water hose was still running on full blast hours after they left. That was so inconsiderate of them. There were about five of them working, and they did a lot of work that day so I gave each a $20 tip. They did not say thank you, which seemed a bit rude, but I still think they deserve to tip because of the work they did. They did leave a few things undone such as not painting the shoe molding to match the floor, but I called Donnie and he had a different worker come over and finish up the few things that needed to be done that next day. Overall, after the whole process has finished I am definitely happy with my flooring. I just wanted to be sure to give an honest review of my full experience. I definitely would recommend this company. I would say the work is quality and beautiful.

Update: from 5 to 3 stars. Organization and time management in regards to appointments appear to be…read morelacking greatly over the last 3 months or so. I experienced several occasions where a scheduled appointment would be changed at the eleventh hour. In January, I was notified around midnight that my cleaning for the next morning would not occur. In February, I was notified once again but my scheduled appointment was honored and he actually mentioned that he thought he was fired. Something I didn't give much thought to until March when I received a message that the appointment booked about 2 weeks in advanced would need to be changed due to a scheduling conflict. The notification of course came around 10pm. Less than 12 hours before the expected appointments time. I asked why and the response was that he did not see the calendar until now. I thought about this and realized there is a lack of accountability here and a growing trend of unprofessionalism I no longer wished to condone. I hope they are able to recover from whatever is the cause of this and wish them the best of luck.

I liked Ronny, the owner of this company, but the man he brought to install the ceiling fan in our…read morenursery did a terrible job and left a teetering ceiling fan in a room where our baby is to sleep. After explaining my concerns to Ronny (I could see that the ceiling fan was shaking) he told me that the fan just needed to be balanced but he wasn't sure how much that would cost to do. He guaranteed that the fan was safe, however. I suspected that this was not the case, and so I called our electrician to come out. It was revealed that instead of securing the fan with a box, Ronny's man screwed the fan into a piece of wood with cabinet screws, leaving the fan in danger of falling out any time it was turned on. We are getting the problem fixed now, but I cannot recommend this company for anything electrical. I reached out to Ronny after he left to tell him of my disappointment, even asking if there was a job that he did really well that he could do so that he can try to give me better representation of his company so I can leave a better review. He told me he would have another of his technicians call me but that was over a week ago and I have not heard from them. At this point, time is up and I must review him based on the info at hand - a poor, unsafe and now expensive job indeed.
