I would totally recommend this company to anybody who would like to conveniently remove their mattress and recycle it. I called to schedule my mattress removal and was able to pick a date but unfortunately not a time. I believe all residential mattress pick up are done Tuesdays to Thursdays between 10:20am to 2:00pm. These guys are great. I had them pick up a box spring and then again for a couch & coffee table. You can schedule online, they give a 30 minute notice on their arrival time, and they are so fast. Quick service with a kind serviceman. He was in and out of my home in 5 minutes, with a mask (covid safety measure). He worked to get everything out of my home before he arranged it in his truck to limit disturbance and reduce time interacting (again for covid). Like most businesses they can't promise a set pickup time, they provide a window of time. These guys are awesome! Before finding them I was about to have to swallow my pride and pay 1-800-JUNK $130 to get rid of a queen mattress, box spring, and a tiny headboard. Thankfully I found Mattress B Gone! The crew texted me to give me a 30-minute warning on their arrival time, got here 10 minutes early, and were fantastic! They were both very courteous and moved like the wind. Seriously...I think they were in and out in under 3 minutes! On top of that, they charged me less for the headboard considering it's size and material and took an old vacuum too...all for only $75!
