Chad and his group of contractors did everything they could to make the construction process easy for us, knowing we already had our hands full moving in. The fireplace turned out amazing, which prompted us to ask CM2 back a few years later to turn a hall closet into a toilet room, and create a bar upstairs in our media room. The final costs were consistent with estimates and Chad was available to address our questions and concerns. We have since referred the company to several other friends, with a wide variety of projects and budgets, who have also been pleased with their results.

We had a good experience with Precision, and the timeline for getting our house built was during…read morethe height of the covid epidemic, and supplies were slow in coming, and they told us that it would take approx. a year to get it built, and it did take 14 months, but from the day the slab was poured it took almost 6 months to actually finish the house. The initial slab and framing and roof construction was very good, and we had a few issues with plumbing rough ins coming up thru the slab, but they made the adjustments that were needed. They had to take a couple of large trees down, before starting the slab, which was the right call, but we didn't get notified about that, and we just drove out there, and saw it first hand. The property was kept pretty clean, without an excessive amount of trash being spread around. We're in a very rural and remote area, and getting some of the contractors to go out there when they were supposed to, was an ongoing problem, but Dayton Smith was really on top of that, and he was the difference maker for progress on our house! Great individual who stayed very calm and collected thru the whole process! Some of the interior door finishing is still not up to good standards, some doors don't open and close well, and a couple of them need to be replaced, and Dayton is facilitating those improvements even now, so it's still ongoing for us, and it's been 4 months now since we moved in. I'm confident that these issues will be resolved! I think highly of what and how they accomplished for us, and I would recommend them to anybody! Sam Marino

Specifically, I needed the Mistaway mosquito system tuned up as we had just purchased a house that had the system existing. This was the second company I called out to get a quote since the first company I called completely dropped the ball and kept me waiting for over two weeks. Either way, I'm so glad I was able to use Natural Concepts! After getting the runaround from another company, I reached out to Natural Concepts on a Tuesday and they had technicians out by Thursday! Not just to get a quote, but the technicians completely fixed my Mistaway system, there was a break in the line that was underground and they had to first find the line that broke and then repair the line. They did a wonderful job! Not only did they fix the Mistaway system, but there were some landscaping lights whose electric cord broke which of course caused the nice landscaping lights to not work. The technicians fixed the lighting system as well when they noticed it and then went around the rest of my house and fixed the other lines of the lighting system! I could not have been more pleased with the two technicians that were sent to me. We absolutely love the oasis they created and are enjoying being able to be in our back yard again! Not only did Natural Concepts go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! but their final price after all work was done was less than half of what I was quoted with the other company that didn't want my business!!! If you have a Mistaway system or landscaping lights that need repair, call Natural Concepts first and avoid disappointment!
