She was friendly, professional and helpful. She listened to our concerns and offered some solutions and her opinions, which were greatly appreciated. She communicated very well and explained the types of mats and gave us pricing. Tracy was working alone and was busy, yet she never rushed us through making our choices. She also helped other customers while we were looking at different mats. This particular location has the best and most helpful employees. I live closer to another Hobby Lobby, but drive further to go to Conroe. Thanks to all the staff over the years who have provided an exceptional shopping experience on every visit.

I appreciate that she finally gave it to me but definitely don't appreciate the grief I received to get it. Communication with Alex, Melissa and Richard was daily. They kept us updated on all work to be performed the following day as well as what was completed each day. We had no "surprises". If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit. They handled improving the bracing, installing subfloor, additional bracing in the walls, dry wall, painting, texture, installation of the door, electrical outlets and installation of the flooring. The storage room that they completed is my favorite room of my home. The flooring was installed perfectly and there isn't a pop or squeak in the whole room. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. The team kept a clean jobsite and would clean up at the end of every work day. I would have no hesitation on hiring them and I plan on hiring them in the near future for some additional work around the home.

The piece was damaged And perimeter restored it to next to original condition. Secondly, he seems to have inside and apparently himself collects very nice pieces, and I acquired from him a Gorman, which he then matted and framed and did an incredible job, simply incredible and enhanced the visual presentation of the peace. Lastly, he's in the process of putting back together a Fish kill from the green river, which was literally in hundreds of pieces that is a project in process right now and I'm awaiting the results in any case I would highly highly recommend this GALLERY both for batting and framing perhaps for acquisition of pieces and clearly for repair of pieces to museum quality
