From there, Tracy was wonderful in helping us select flooring, providing samples to take home, answering our questions, and ultimately writing up the sale. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and never made us feel rushed. Then came Kevin and his installation team, and they were exceptional. They spent three days at our home, moving all of our furniture, carefully preparing and floating the floors, and installing our new solid hardwood flooring. Their attention to detail was amazing. It was obvious that this team has tremendous knowledge and experience with every aspect of wood flooring. What impressed us even more was that they had just completed a 4,000-square-foot flooring project only five minutes from our home. Our job was considerably smaller, but you would never have known it from the time, care, and attention they gave us. They treated our home and our project as though it were their most important job. Catio that changed my house and my life…read more Last June I had Conroe Awning and Screen install the screened in Catio in my back yard. It was a big purchase to me and I picked Conroe Awning and Screen out of 7 other quotes because Luis listened to what I was looking for most. I wanted a place where I could bring my cats outside and not be attacked by weather or bugs. He said this was possible with a foam insulated roof and pet screening. There was a similar design style I liked my neighbor had and he knew he could match it. Then I mentioned about future proofing it with electrical and he even worked that into the mix. After I signed the quote the wait was tough for the factory to create the materials but once the materials were in the build and install was only 1 day! It was crazy. The installers were organized and helpful throughout the process. Picking and choosing height of the kick boards, ceiling, and where the screens should end were all decided upon before the install began. The installers had some great advice here too like leaving some lips for rain drift and not pushing the screen all the way to the roofs end. I used the Catio that night and have been using my back yard more than I ever have. My cats love it too and will wait by my back door at times wanting to go outside to watch birds. The pet screening on the Catio also keeps animals out. I have a few squirrels using it as a vertical highway now but at least they are not coming inside. If you are considering an awning, screening, or catio, Conroe Awning definitely has the best price and your best interest in mind.

So we hired Saxon, his guy came out the next day, did everything and then went on to paint all the vent stacks and fireplace flashing. Since then our leak is completely gone and the roof looks better than it ever did. We will hire these guys for anything roof related from now on.

Flooring projects should be okay, but I f you are planning a remodel these are not your guys. They…read morebuilt a carport for us with about 300 square feet enclosed at the back. The project was a debacle from the start and they were unable to install door knobs or toilet paper holders. The most egregious issue is that the slab is sloped so the water that blows into the carport flows into the enclosed part of the structure. The wall is now molding as seen in the picture attached. Their response to this issue was to install gutters. They are not willing to make it right, so we cannot in good conscience recommend them.
