If they tell you they are a general contractor, don't believe it...they are not qualified to do much more that a few coats of paint on the walls all while charging you thousands, including for days the crews reported being at the house when they never showed. Don't use this company...tell your friends and family not to use them. We know the truth, just not sure how the owner can live with himself knowing he wronged people who trusted him.

Also, now have many marks that when wiped down "it took the sheen off" according to them. They now look worse than before I washed them. I wiped these spots with water and a rag. My husband wiped the wall with a wet paper towel and ended up with paint on the wet paper towel. Evidently this is considered one of their best "paint". I raised two boys and babysat up to 8 kids. I have washed a lot of walls. Paintmaster thinks I "rub too hard". They have used every excuse not to guarantee their work. Also, have had cracking on crown molding that was part of my guaranteed paint job. Obviously, it wasn't caulked correctly because it didn't last 6 months. They told us they would put 2 coats on the wall. That wasn't done either. My husband and I made it VERY clear we wanted a paint we could wash. VERY DISAPPOINTED and SADDENED!

Might as well do it yourself.. Also, without major floor prep, it won't stick well or be what you want. Musselman's use something other than epoxy and can talk the science about it with you. Sooooo, it was pretty much a no brainer to go with Bryan and Heidi at fresh coat. They were professional, showed up on a time (both for the quote and the project), gave me a quote that same day and made sure we were happy before we paid our remaining balance. It did take them extra day and one light got broken but to be realistic these things are pretty normal and happen when you have contractors in your home. They did a good job, are fairly priced, and I would recommend them.
