And you can feel the old school vibes. They have old booths where you can take your dogs after you order. They also have counter service in the side room. George's grills Kayem Hot Dogs. Kayem originated in Mass btw. I always appreciate loyalty to in state makers. The classic George's dog is mustard, meat sauce and chopped onions. Standard white bun. I've seen mixed messages online about how you're supposed to order that dog. I've seen "All the Way." (Which is also how they say it in Providence). I've seen "Three Up", which is a new one for me. But the Menu actually says that a Coney is mustard, meat sauce and onions. So I ordered two coneys and everything worked out fine. The hot dogs were good, both in terms of the components, and in the sum of their parts. My dogs were not particularly snappy. I could see a grill mark. So perhaps it just needed a bit more turning so that it was more well done. Kayem is a good hot dog in terms of flavor. I prefer some other New England brands though. The meat sauce is good, but the seasoning didn't pop for me in the way that my favorite meat sauces do. I'm sure part of this is what you grew up with though. George's is a cool, old school, hot dog joint, that I imagine still does it like it always has. If that's how you like your hot dog spots, I suspect you'll love George's. 4.25 Stars

After trying both locations, I can say that this one is the best!…read more Ordered a tower of 5 dogs and different sauces~ I wanted to try some new hot dogs . Pineapple Express and pizza dogs are my favorite. El jefe was interesting but too heavy. Kimichi dog was savory! Since they sell dogs, the turn over in tables are quick and would recommend for a fun quick stop and wait probably short. Server was kind, prompt and attentive with good recommendations ~ you can't go wrong with dogs though~ Decor is very cute with dogs and memes~ parking could be hectic so expect to walk but the views are amazing with cute shops all around.

It's a small local restaurant specializing in hot dogs, sliders and drinks. Parking is tough to find as it's a touristic area in Newport and only street parkings are available. Inside has a bar and some table and upstairs as well. They have extensive menu of weiners and sliders. We decided to get the Weiner Tower which comes with choice of 5 weiners (except the high priced ones), fries and choice of 5 sauces. We got the Pizza dog, Pineapple express, Kimchi weiner, BBQ cheddar weiner, and El jefe. All the hot dogs were delicious but i particularly liked el jefe personally. Fries were nice and crispy outside and sauces were great. Service was good and our waiter was quick and attentive. Overall it's a pretty good place. Food is good and service is good. It can be busy but we got lucky. Unique place as not many places specialize in different kind of hotdogs.

The chili is not spicy so good for all taste bud varieties! Also got the hot dog topped with mustard, onion and relish. The homemade relish is excellent I'd definitely get it again. Prices are very reasonable, and they also offer a variety of cans of soda and waters along with potato chips if you want a side (however after eating just the dog you likely won't have room for any sides)!
