DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I purchased a home and the sellers were required to do a termite…read moreinspection. They used Tropical Heat, who inspected the property and determined it needed to be tented and termite damaged wood needed to be replaced. This company used INDOOR wood trim moulding for the exterior of the home. Since the owners paid, we complained to the sellers agent, and Tropical Heat then proceeded to replace only one section of the wrong wood with plywood. Now my crawlspace and garage have wood not acceptable for outside use. The company REFUSED to correct the issue. AVOID this company at all costs, they only use the cheapest materials possible.

We have an arrangement…read more It's not like bugs usually freak me out, but when you are sitting in your favorite lounger engaged in solving a wicked Wheel of Fortune puzzle to win a fabulous trip to the Bahamas, you don't exactly expect a parade of overactive crickets to be parading around your living room rug. Apparently, they can be quite pervasive once they find that perfectly wonderful, warm, dark spot to breed and chirp...i.e. under my refrigerator. And not just an annoyance why i fret; they are also known to carry parasites and diseases. Dan came highly recommended...by my daughter whose new house had been invaded by a host of spiders: black widows, brown recluse, and the common garden varieties. None were welcome. Also true at my house even though it is common knowledge that any respectable 1912 house should be laced with critters and fine webs to further the appearance of a haunting. Well, by golly, after the first spraying, both inside and out, those critters decided to move on. Dan now returns every two to three months depending on my need. And he is the one who initiates the call to set up our appointment. I don't have to do a thing. My biggest concern was that my dogs were safe. He assured me his spray is pet safe. His prices, based on my repeat business, are very reasonable. He is a keeper! And big black widow spiders and crickets no longer have a welcome mat into my yard.

Not only do they do what they say they are going to do, they do it for a fair, reasonable price. They stand by their work, they are on time, clean courteous and professional. You couldn't ask for more. I've been using them for just about 10 years, they come out every two months and cover my home inside and out with a pet friendly spray. (I have 2 large dogs) it really keeps the pests to a minimum, and the one time I had an infestation of ants in my kitchen, they came out no less than 6 times; every other day; going under the sink, behind the cabinets, outside under the kitchen windows down in the dirt until they found the source and eradicated it. I have not had ants since, and for no additional charge. In today's fast food mentality, where "if the customer isn't satisfied, so what, places sell a service cheap, and fail to back it up, because they just pick up a dissatisfied customer leaving another lousy merchant, and the cycle perpetuates. You won't find that at Adieux. Dan is the proud owner of a company he built, and he cherishes his customers, you can see and hear that in every interaction. If every business owner were like Dan, oh what a better world this would be.

He was responsive to email and text at practically all hours of the day, and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what to expect along the way. This was our first time fumigating, and with pets there was some nervousness on our end. Jason answered every question, showed up on time every time, and I really appreciated that he walked our property a few days prior for any last minute concerns. It gave us peace of mind. On the day the tent went up, he had SDGE set up to turn off the gas, and his tenting crew showed up early and worked SO quickly like a well oiled machine. We were thrilled at how fast and seamless this process was, and very affordable compared to other companies. Coming back into our home there was no odor and I felt very safe bringing my pets back into our home afterwards. I love that Moat is a family business and would recommend them to anyone!
