This company used INDOOR wood trim moulding for the exterior of the home. Since the owners paid, we complained to the sellers agent, and Tropical Heat then proceeded to replace only one section of the wrong wood with plywood. Now my crawlspace and garage have wood not acceptable for outside use. The company REFUSED to correct the issue. AVOID this company at all costs, they only use the cheapest materials possible.
