Always have had a Costco membership ship. Love that they…read morekept the $1.50 hotdog and beverage deal. Hate how they took away the combo pizza, polish dog, and churro. Although they did bring back the churro for a limited time only. Glad they improved on the recipe because I remember towards the end of it's life it was bad, over cooked and was just dry and crunchy. Now it's soft and chewy and could use a little more crunch on the outside. Sad that it's only here for a limited time only. Also I sometimes wish I could see the reasoning behind why they pull certain items off their catelog or what the determining factors are to keep some items and remove others. Like the bag of ling ling potstickers, seem to be like a staple item and now they are gone. Replaced by a boxes of some other brand and only 30 of them. I felt like the bags were more worth it. I'll still go to Costco for the cheaper gas, samples, bulk buys, and hot foods.

She got the iPad out and was helping me customize it but couldn't finalize it as it was too far in advance (4 weeks). She told me I'd have to come back closer to the date of the event but hurry because they fill up quickly. Yea ok. 2 weeks later, yesterday, I went back to order in person. A different employee (early 20s) came up to me and I said I want to order the cake. She points to the signage and says order online. I told her it's custom and I wanted to select the color options. She told me to do it online and I can edit it at check out. I said last time I was here, the employee got out the iPad and was assisting me with customizing it. She told me she'd "make a one time exception" and moved to go get the iPad. I told her to forget it and walked away because her attitude was about to earn her more than she could handle. Today I ordered on line, called the bakery to customize, because guess what, I could only customize the color of the message. And now this person asks how long ago did I place the order (um, 2 minutes ago) we'll call back because it takes a few hours before the order will be seen in the system. Why it's so inconvenient to help a customer customize a cake when you WORK. IN. THE. BAKERY is mind blowing. I didn't go to the tire section and order a cake. I went to the bakery. I'll gladly go elsewhere.

A lovely lady with a poker straight platinum bob helped me as soon as I walked in. I called ahead because they were about to close by the time I got there. The watch didn't fit me and she generously put the extension I brought that came with it. She also informed me, because of the brand that I could solar charge it by a window and wouldn't need a battery for it. Another man that worked there offered to charge it, although it would've taken a couple days. I opted out of that and it works fine now that it's been sitting by a window overnight and all day. I checked out their tranquil aquarium while I was waiting and chatted up with the Store Manager. No charge to put the extension on. Maybe make flyers, magnets or add a logo to your company car? Contact Brenda and Don. Now. I work, live and play downtown and the surrounding area. I've seen this city grow and continue growing. And I've also seen Signs PDQ grow with it. From the sign draped over my boathouse in Rivergate park, to personal property with small signs urging you not to let your dog use the grass as their toilet. Fix-it guys have their van proudly displaying their logo around town. The Fred Astaire Dance Studio welcomes you with a Signs PDQ produced sign. You name it they do it. And I'm sure you have seen their work somewhere around Cleveland. Their newest signage can be seen from the shoreway on the new apartment building in Battery Park called conveniently, The Shoreway. It's a beautifully rehab'd building and now has beautiful signage inside and out. Signs PDQ is a great company run by great people who do exceptional work. Whatever your need, give them a call. I had never been in charge of buying a large number of signs and these signs had to meet government…read morerequirements as they were ADA signs for an entire office complex. ADA signs have to be the correct sign, the right symbol, the right color, the right fonts, the right type of raised braille and even installed in the right place on the wall. I was in over my head on this one. After realizing that every business we'd already signed in this newly built office complex wanted a different style and color of ADA sign set, I was completely lost. Making a mistake wasn't an option as mistakes are expensive. Expensive to replace signs and we do not want ADA fines. I asked one of the interior designers for some guidance and she told me about these guys. She said they would be able to offer guidance and they made top quality signs. I called them up and had a long talk with a man named Don O'Toole, regarding my sign predicament. He wasn't ruffled in the least. Apparently Signs PDQ handles jobs like filling entire hospitals and universities with ADA Signs. Don took notes about all of my requirements. There was even one part of the requirements that was unclear- and this guy offered to call the gov't office that would be inspecting my complex for compliance and ask them "point blank" what they required in this particular instance. Naturally, I said yes, please find out! You can absolutely handle your order online and on the phone, you do not have to go there in person. But I had other business in Cleveland. I decided to go see the Signs PDQ folks in person and really iron this out. I mean we're talking about MY job here and I chose not to take any risks. These guys are great. They were glad to see me, happy to go over my order, they showed me samples, they had perfectly matched the sample swatch colors that the interior designers had given me to send to them. In my mind, this was a giant storm cloud of signs hanging over me. In their shop the signs were all in order and it was clear which sign went to which part of the building. I can't recommend Signs PDQ / ADA Signs Wholesale highly enough. After initially talking to them I did look around to compare prices, and I still went with them. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is second to none. After news of this experience (ALL of my first ever sign project coming in under budget, finished on time and fully compliant) went through the grapevine of my entire company, Signs PDQ are quickly becoming our company wide "go to" for all new construction and remodeling projects. Thank you Signs PDQ and ADA Signs Wholesale.
