I was told I would receive a call when my item arrived in their store. I sat and waited and then continued to wait up until the day before Mother's Day when I finally had had enough. I called furious and demanded the manager to explain the situation for this. I was then informed that my order (which was placed a month ago) was never sent over to their manufacturer. I never got any call, never received any sort of heads up or anything. It became my responsibility to make sure their business was running properly. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any store. For $900, I would have expected a little courtesy from the store to keep me informed on my order. All they cared about was swiping my money. The Great Lakes Mall should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such criminals to rent a spot in their mall.
