They have everything from kitchen appliances to vacuum cleaners. It's like in my opinion going into a upscale Dollar General or Dollar Tree. The employees are sometimes friendly and willing to help. I would give it 5 but sometimes the store can be a bit messy and sometimes you can get a product that's been opened and not recognize it. Other than that great store.

At one point this location only had one motorized cart They then added another cart that was always broken. What good is my membership if I don't have the assistance of the motorized cart to shop? I reported the lack of availability of handicap carts to corporate several times. I was told that they would have more carts however they never did. I eventually started shopping with a friend who has a Sam's Club membership, where there is always an abundance of motorized handicap carts. I gave up trying to shop at BJ's. They have the audacity to renew my membership and place it on my credit card. At that time I called to have the renewal taken off my credit card and also requested the initial price of the membership to be refunded to me. They would not give me a refund on my initial membership because it had expired nine days previously. It's a shame that handicap individuals cannot shop at a store because they refuse to provide motorized handicap carts. Please be aware when purchasing a membership to this BJ's location if you are handicap.

A lovely lady with a poker straight platinum bob helped me as soon as I walked in. I called ahead because they were about to close by the time I got there. The watch didn't fit me and she generously put the extension I brought that came with it. She also informed me, because of the brand that I could solar charge it by a window and wouldn't need a battery for it. Another man that worked there offered to charge it, although it would've taken a couple days. I opted out of that and it works fine now that it's been sitting by a window overnight and all day. I checked out their tranquil aquarium while I was waiting and chatted up with the Store Manager. No charge to put the extension on. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the market for jewelry. Thank you Emerald City Jewelers and staff for the kind experience. -Alicia
