The sales associate provided me with their repairman's contact. I left the store- called their guy. He came out and discovered the wires were melted and told me to return the timer. I went back to the store the same day the repairman was out and the manager would not return ( same guy 2 days earlier told me I could) He took out a magnifying glass saying it was scratched - we never installed it! The repairman was at the store and did say he replaced the wiring and the timer was not installed. Manager refused to give me my money back! Don't shop there or if you do beware! They go back on their word! I'm now stuck with $110 timer that was never use!

This sucks in the first place because I live 30 minutes away and now have to spend another hour in the car, but because of what was offered I decided it was worth it. I called in and the person I spoke with said they'd swap it out for a Playstation that is a level above the one I purchased for $10-$20 more.. The reason for this is that they thought they were out of the level of Playstation I bought. when I arrived the manager reneged on the offer, and said I'd have to pay the full difference for the better Playstation. They found they did have one left that was the same as mine. FINE. That is okay. Reneging is not okay as a business, but giving me the same thing if you have it is okay. However the manager said I needed to pay again for the warranty on the new one.. THIS IS A PAWN SHOP. Things are negotiable. It would have been nothing for her to take off the amount of the warranty and allow me to leave with an okay experience.. Instead she wanted to suck every dollar she could out of me. After spending 2 hours in the car dealing with this, and being sold a bad system.. You just can't do a single thing for me? I would have never drove all the way back there had I known I'd be spending more money on the exact same thing. My girlfriend is moving in 2 weeks and needs a new tv. I was planning on buying it from this place, but that is not happening now. Just really bad business, and I could see this is the type of place to get you for everything they can.
