I wish there was a zero star option before I get going here...... So, I ordered "3inch" decals for…read moremy waverunner. They sent me a draft at 2pm on Friday (End of day) & are closed on the weekends. This was Memorial Day weekend might I add & after calling for 4days all week they finally did them after I physically walked in the store after not responding to my calls or emails blah blah, that's just another thing we won't get into. I just wanted custom stickers for my boat, not the regular hardline brand ones you can buy at the boat shops. Anyways, the draft said 3in on the right of the picture & since I was working I thought it was ok, but in reality I looked at the wrong side of the draft. The other side said 3.67in which is not 3in, I found this out when I had to double check after David denied making it right for me in the end of all this. Long story short, I bought them, picked them up & went to install them thinking everything was great. They were too big after measuring them which I knew they had to be 3in in the beginning & I told David this multiple times, but surprisingly he said I approved the draft & that was the end of it with no response to "my make it right email" after telling me not his problem. So no refund & or even offered to make it right for me, all he said in response was "you approved the draft" like a little child trying to win a argument. Businesses like this make my stomach turn, you know the ones that do just a good enough job, smile & make you feel like it's all ok, but when they/you make mistakes they don't own up to them. I'd say this was a neutral mistake on both sides being fair/honest about all this, but in the end when dealing with a business that takes money for services they should always make it right "NO MATTER WHAT". Just so you know I ended up buying those stickers from the boat shop I didn't want so I could ride Memorial Day weekend & David knows this based on the emails I sent him, which makes it worse because he cares nothing about his work. The only thing I'm happy about is I only spent $45 to find all this out, because god forbid it was a huge job for a business or something & it was they are in the same situation. So just know if something like this happens to you they might not, probably won't honor said work. This is what "bad business" is & I will never deal with this company ever again. David Fulton you are not a good dude. This review cost me $45 bucks & it cost you many customers in the long run. You knowing all this & not caring about it shows what kind of person let alone business man you truly are. Good luck!
