When the time for prints to be ready said near end of day I panicked because I needed them within about 2 hours. I called up and got to speak with the Supervisor, Sierra, who was an absolute pleasure of a human!She was super kind, professional and easy to talk to. I explained to her my need for the prints and that I was worried I wouldn't be able to get them in time(which is my own fault). Sierra told me to give her until noon and she would have them done, but they usually take up to 3 days depending on what you need done. I was so so happy that she heard me and did what she could to go above and beyond to make it happen by noon, knowing full well she could have told me that it's the way it is. Seriously, I can't say more on how sweet she was and how wonderful my over all experience was with this store. Highly recommend!!

I called the folks at Northcoast and was told to bring the boxes right on down, when I mentioned there was some sensitive personal information in the items they happily told me I was able to watch it being shredded if I so desired! I loaded up the car and headed over, when I arrived a nice gentleman brought over a cart and loaded the boxes into the cart. I followed him into the warehouse and watched him shred my paperwork in no time. The gentleman explained to me the process of shredding and bundling the paper which I thought was very cool. 2 (non-paper cut) thumbs up for this place!
