Their customer service is terrible! They changed the time of delivery on us after sitting home for hours waiting for a package. We couldn't be home to sign for the package and called the store to change days. They wanted to charge $11 to change dates after they changed delivery time. To take advantage of Amazon's packageless drop off, I drove 25 minutes to this UPS store. I stood in line and finally was able to hand my return to the employee on duty. I was given a drop off receipt and left the store. The next day I saw that the package had not been accepted into the UPS system. I called the store and was told "everything went out, call Amazon!" Of course when I called Amazon, they had no record of the package. The UPS tracking system had no record of the package. It just vanished after the store received it. Extremely poor service! Next time, I will find another UPS store that perhaps has effective processes in place or, at the very least, is interested in helping their customers. read more

This location was ok until Monday June 18th. I wasn't given my AAA discount on my $45 shipping fee. I ask question about shipping other package. I was treated rudely by person that I recognize as being an employee there for a few years. Her behavior was rude and I sort of felt it was racially motivated. read more

The worst possible place to ship packages! They have lost, misdirected and delayed many of the packages I have shipped. They always blame UPS for the wrong address even though they can't seem to get the shipping label right. 'Manager' Eliza has no sense of urgency and doesn't even pretend to care about their mistakes. The young women working in the store are very rude. They are not helpful and become annoyed when asked for assistance. The cost to ship using the UPS store is double the quoted price at UPS.com or the local FedEx store. The service is not worth the extra cost. Also, the supplies are over priced. I purchased a box for $ 9.95 and then found a similar box at Staples for $1.75. I recommend using another shipping company for your shipping needs to avoid the overpriced and rude service of this UPS store. read more

Don't waste your time with this greedy store! A year or ago I was charged 25 or 50 cents for them to tape a a small package. Today I walked in and asked for some help printing a prepaid label. "Sure, just email the label here and we charge a dollar fifty". Corporate greed!!! I left and I won't step foot in this store ever again. read more

I completely agree with Nona S.'s remarks; "the young women working in the store are very rude"; the girls are always hanging out in the back room whenever I enter this store! I arrived Wed. 8/16 at 6:50pm knowing the stored closes at 7pm. I had a very urgent, corporate 2-day air package with label already applied. She came out, scanned the package & took off for the backroom. She quickly turned around & said "did you need a receipt" and she came back and printed one. I said, "I know your about to close but it's not too late for this to go out, right"? The gal said, "yeah, it's fine, we're open until 7". My customer called me Saturday 8/19 stating she didn't receive the 2nd-day air item and she is trying to track but UPS told her "it's lost". I called UPS Monday 8/21 and was told they could not open a claim until it's received & also stated the items was just shipping to Chicago that day, 8/21! I called the UPS store and spoke to a very rude "Eliza" who states "we have multiple pick-ups per day but you came in too late for it to go out on Wednesday". I told her I would have expected 2nd day air to have a priority Thursday morning; Eliza said it would not have gone out until ~3pm Thursday, almost a full 24 hours after I dropped it off! Is this scheduled posted somewhere in the store so I would have known? Better yet, could the staff member have told me at drop off that this would not ship 2nd day like I paid for? Even shipping on Thursday should have gotten the item from Cleveland to Chicago by Saturday. Eliza told me I could call "Lenor" but that's not going to help since they previously told me their mother is the UPS store owner. The millennials working in this store have never had a career nor do they care how their actions can destroy your career. They don't understand that by their lack of communicating with me during the drop-off resulted in my having to buy replacement parts out of my own pocket, rent a car, drive 5 hours to Chicago to personally deliver the items to my customer, drive 5 hours home even though I already shipped the item 2nd day air. The grief they caused my entire week because of the customers I had to reschedule so I could spend a day driving to Chicago. Not to mention the long term impact this has on whether this customer contracts with my competitor next time since I'm apparently incapable of shipping them urgent parts in a timely fashion. No one can tell me why my 8x11 envelope, scheduled to ship 2nd day air to Chicago, ended up on a freight train to Texas but I can guess that the lazy girl in this store might of had something to do with it. The package finally arrived exactly 1 week after I shipped it from this UPS store in Mentor. read more
