So today once again, the line for Amazon was about 10 people deep because the iPhone that they used to scan the products is about 100 years old and the Internet that they have in the store is almost nonexistent so of course none of it works well and it takes forever for things to load up! We don't blame the workers for this - we blame Staples Corporate for not managing the store well. So sadly, they will probably lose the store - and have to fire all of the employees all because they did not pony up the money for decent Internet and for a decent iPhone so they could scan things! Something so simple... an iPhone, and better Internet does not cost that much for a company like Staples... they are going to ruin this location because a lot of us are going to start going somewhere else Staples Corporate office should be ashamed

The other woman would mutter under her breath how she "couldn't deal" with my order and proceeded to walk away from me. Without any explanation. She also treated other customers with very little respect. For example: a foreign man was asking questions about the price of boxes. She then very clearly got angry at his confusion and threw the box he was asking about on the ground and walked away. As for myself: I waited around for nearly 2hours waiting on my order to be placed/ printed and finally decided to leave and go to another fedex location. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

I called the folks at Northcoast and was told to bring the boxes right on down, when I mentioned there was some sensitive personal information in the items they happily told me I was able to watch it being shredded if I so desired! I loaded up the car and headed over, when I arrived a nice gentleman brought over a cart and loaded the boxes into the cart. I followed him into the warehouse and watched him shred my paperwork in no time. The gentleman explained to me the process of shredding and bundling the paper which I thought was very cool. 2 (non-paper cut) thumbs up for this place!
