They called earlier in the day upon receiving my order to tell me that they did not have the gloss card stock that I requested when I placed my order online, but that they could switch it out for matte card stock. They refuse perfectly reasonable donations. For example, I brought in 6 clean, completely working florescent shop light fixtures with bulbs and the guy manning the donation door refused them. When I asked why he said they only accept new, in the box LEDs. Seriously?! This was just this week. I've seen this attitude over the past 2 years with other attempts to donate. Inside, the store looks like a mash-up of a used furniture store, a Goodwill with books and dishware, or Olle's inventory overruns; and less and less like a house restoration store with used tools and hardware. Oh, they don't accept wall tiles and ceramics any more either. But if a shipment of trampolines or yard furniture show up, they'll sell them!
