It's now one of the more tidy Dollar General stores on the East Side. Inventory: The inventory is pretty extensive, and no boxes on the sales floor. Lots of cute fall finds! Ample over $1 inventory. They were low on a few things during my visit - metal forks and books. I was very happy to find some plus size leggings for $5. I am becoming addicted to these leggings. They are comfy, wash well, and not bad quality for such a deal! Service: Service is very awkward and transactional. When I realized that I had been had--totally my fault, I should have carefully checked market prices-- I proceeded to test this jeweller for his ethics. I asked him to verify if my gold ring was indeed 18 carat, pretending I wanted to sell it for scrap gold. He said it was 10 carat. Two other jewellers confirmed it was 18 carat. Plus stewarding ANY political party with placards on his store windows-- at best, it is a bad way to do business.
