Perfect place to get a delish snack after your appointment or after a shopping excursion at Costco as they are located in the same shopping area and face the Costco gas station. My dad enjoyed a chocolate muffin which was very moist and perfect chocolate goodness, he only allowed me a bite, a sliver, so he can enjoy it all and save some for after dinner. I had a cinnamon roll with frosting and I heated it up and it was a total mouth orgasm!! Well balanced and so amazing, I unroll my roll as I eat it and it was soft sweet and melted in my mouth. My son had a chocolate brownie which is now something he requests me to bring home when ever I come here and a peanut butter cookie which he also said was awesome.

My friend and I enjoyed an afternoon tea at the lovely Elysian Fields, and... wow…read more Be still, my little French heart. Elysian Fields is the most charming European-style artisan bakery, it sells everything from floral shortbreads and Victorian buttermints to handcrafted perfumes distilled from blooms grown in their own garden. But, back to that afternoon tea. Treats made from scratch, a ridiculously wide selection of teas from Mark T. Wendell Tea Company (America's oldest tea house), and everything presented so beautifully. From the food and tea to the gorgeous presentation and impeccable service, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And seriously, the people at the bakery were SO nice. The lady who took my reservation was really friendly, patient with all my questions, and helpful. Once we arrived, everyone we interacted with was really sweet and made us feel welcome. If you're looking for a whimsical afternoon tea where the food actually tastes as good as it looks, this place is an absolute gem. Also, come hungry. My friend and I skipped breakfast and came around lunch time and we still EACH left with two boxes full of leftovers. They are very generous with the food. One more thing - the afternoon tea is not a one-size-fits-all. You get to pick from a bunch of choices what you want to eat, and what tea you want to drink. They also cater to most dietary restrictions (Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Nut-Free) as long as you let them know in advance. By that, I do not mean that they prepare the sandwiches and simply remove the meat if you're a vegetarian like me. I had my very own sandwiches, and they were delicious. And last but not least, you can also the order to go if you'd rather host an afternoon tea at home (but, let's face it, it's more fun on site, and they have all the pretty dishes and whatnot!) And if you aren't interested in tea but just want to buy baked goods, dainty little items, or other treats, the shop has a lot to offer. This is a business I'm really happy to endorse!

This beautiful little shop feels like stepping into another world the moment you walk in. It's family run, and you can truly feel the love and creativity that goes into everything they make. From cupcakes and tortes to cookies and so much more, every display case looked amazing. They even had gluten-free options, which was great to see. Gabriel welcomed us in and took the time to walk us through all the delicious treats they had to offer. His kindness and enthusiasm made the experience even more special. Since it was our first visit, we were treated to complimentary shortbread cookies -- we chose lavender and rose -- and both were absolutely delicious. We ended up taking home a strawberry brownie, the tuxedo cupcake with dark chocolate and buttercream frosting, a vanilla cupcake, and the limoncello cupcake. Every single dessert was wonderful and beautifully made. This is the kind of bakery you instantly know you'll return to again and again. We will definitely be back!

Someone stopped by our business trying to…read moresell us on a service we absolutely did not need, but he happened to bring along a box of cookies from Rise Up Bakery. Whatever else happened during that visit, those cookies were a VERY good introduction to the bakery. I have not actually been into Rise Up Bakery myself, so this review is based entirely on the delightful and delectable cookies I got to try. There was a sugar cookie, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, M&M, and several others. I started by pinching off a little piece of one, then another, and then another. Before long I felt like such a little piggy because I had sampled nearly every cookie in the box. The problem was that every time I tried a new one, it was just as good, if not better, than the one before it. I kept thinking I had found my favorite, only to change my mind with the next bite. And these cookies were BIG hoggers too, probably around 6 inches across. These are not little dainty cookies you mindlessly nibble on. They have some size to them, and thankfully the flavor matches. So while I can't review the bakery itself, the atmosphere, or the service just yet, I can absolutely review the cookies. Based on those alone, Rise Up Bakery has definitely gotten my attention. Four stars for now, and mostly because I feel like I need to actually visit the bakery before handing over the fifth.

I opted for the Ham and cheese croissant, and the sausage croissant. Both breading was fantastic. Good flavor, airy yet crispy, just really well made. I will definitely come back for the ham and cheese croissant. The sausage croissant wasn't really for me (the bread was) it truly is a big sausage in there. It had good flavor, just isn't for me. If they could make just a plain cheese or bacon and cheese that would hit the spot lol We also got their regular cinnamon roll. The breading had a lovely sweet cinnamon flavor and the icing on top had a delicious creamy taste without being overly sweet. The odd part for us was the filling in the inside. I couldn't decide if I cared for it or not, I was almost feeling it was pushing the sweetness over just a bit so l may or may not get that again. Even tho they have seating inside, it feels more like a grab and go. You can def enjoy your item there. But I wouldn't say a spot where you can sit and catch up with a Friend or read a book. It also felt a bit too warm and stuffy so cranking down the AC a bit would help it feel more inviting especially from coming outside from the Arizona heat.
