She was able to follow up with her Supervisor to get my in home service waived. Yvette the Spectrum Technician was professional, organized, knowledgeable, and patiently listening to me as she set up my modem and WiFi equipment. Truly truly excellent Service. She assisted me with my phone cause I'm a rotary chick and electronics are not my strong suit. With her patient directions I was able to download the Spectrum application save my username and password and delete the old information from my apartment complex WiFi. They demonstrate patience and willingness to help in the transfer of all data from one phone to the other. Verizon has a solid network in El Paso. It does not always work across 375 and the border.
