I got my first bill and was 79.99 and I called 3 times to complain and they said they would take care of the problem and the last one was a manager and that I would get email with the correct amount within 2 hours which I never received anything. I had to call again and talk to representative who said that the bill was 79.99 and I explained everything to him and he said the promotion was not offered when I got the service, so then their representatives lied about the promotion which is not my fault. I then talked to a manager who was no help and only wanted to give a one time credit and I told him no that I was promised 49.99 and what I am going to pay and not going to pay 30.00 more. I was then transferred to loyalty department which was no help as they kept saying they were going to check what the other representatives told me, then she said there was an error message and to call back in 24 hours. I told her I already called 4 times and they still can't correct the problem. This is the worst company ever and will have to look for another company. I should have stayed with t"mobile as they keep their promises they told me. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from AT&T as they lie to you to hook you in and then they change everything and that promotions were not good when you got the service. When I went to check the Xfinity app, my account was unrecoverable--no access granted to me on my end. A few months pass by, and all of sudden a collection agency is calling my nonstop. Xfinity failed to contact me via email, text, or phone. Now, I have collections calling me for a bill I can easily afford. This is likely going to affect my credit score now, all because Xfinity has a broken app and inept employees.

However, they had told me I would need to replace the entire screen which he mentioned would come out to a total of $340. That alone was incredibly disappointing since I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money on a repair I thought was so minor. We agreed that I would just pick up my laptop instead and I would figure it out myself. Well, I go to pick up my laptop already bummed my laptop was not getting fixed and when I meet Mr. Andrew at the counter and he presents my laptop to me with a crack on the screen he made while putting my laptop back together. We walked in when we first moved to Las Cruces expecting to be "sold" some internet service. Instead we met someone who took the time to listen to what WE needed , what WE wanted (and didn't want) and hook us up with reliable internet. I have called a couple times over the last year to ask questions and never been disappointed in the customer service. A year or so into our service with them they called to tell me our special rates had expired and they wanted to make sure we were still getting the best offer possible for the money and our needs. they set up a conference call with Xfinity, made sure we were happy with the deal during that call and followed up with a separate phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns. Sure you can set up your own internet without a company like this. Or you can make sure you have a competent middleman to get you the best deals and stay on top of your service. Highly recommend.
