They are changing over $300.00 a month and it doesn't even work. Do not use this company. I am getting an attorney to sue for money already paid, the removal of the system and repairs to the wall they made holes in to install the control panel. Yes RING is more expensive but this proves you get what you pay for. This is a scam company, their customer service isn't even in the United States. Beware.

A year or so into our service with them they called to tell me our special rates had expired and they wanted to make sure we were still getting the best offer possible for the money and our needs. they set up a conference call with Xfinity, made sure we were happy with the deal during that call and followed up with a separate phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns. Sure you can set up your own internet without a company like this. Or you can make sure you have a competent middleman to get you the best deals and stay on top of your service. Highly recommend.

My warranty company hired Sun City Plumbing to do a leak detection. The technician first said a "4 foot cracked tile" to the warranty company. So we assumed they actually did the work, found the issue, and we fixed the tile... that didn't fix it. Instead the leak continued and came through the walls, into 4 rooms, destroyed my carpet (all while I kept telling my warranty company that it is NOT a tile issue). I called Joe @ Sun City and asked him where the supposed crack was, he told me to email him photos and he'd ask his tech. I did. No reply. I waited... my floor was filling with water, the warranty company escalated the issue.. all while waiting on Joe. Today, December 13, 2024, I called the warranty company disgusted with the issues... they said it cannot be covered since a "tile issue" is not under warranty. I told them it is not a tile issue, it's a leak! And that Sun City misdiagnosed it. I called Joe at Sun City and asked him about the leak detection and how it was performed. He said, "we turn on the faucet and look." How can you tell if there's a leak from a pipe in the wall?!!! Under the tub?!!! In the ground?!! His quick money-grab job has caused me thousands and thousands in damage! Had he of done a proper leak detection back in Mid-November, we would not have all of this extensive damage!!! I AM LIVID! I called a real plumbing company to come out and do a real leak detection, once they do we'll be able to get this leak FINALLY fixed! INSANITY!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY GREATEST ENEMY!

I am a gold plus member. I have been with Xfinity/Comcast for close to 20 years. Without any notifications my WiFi/Internet almost doubled. Currently on the phone with someone who doesn't know what WiFi is. I DO NOT recommend Xfinity because if this is how they treat their gold plus members imagine how they treat new customers. I didn't receive any advance notice that my bill would be going to go up that much. If I would not have checked the app, they would have just withdrawn the money with no warning. I am on a very fixed income, to have $112.00 taken from my account just for Internet would completely wipe me out and other bills would not be able to be paid. If considering doing business with this company ask EVERY possible question you can think of before signing up for anything. They are good at telling you what they think they need to say to get you to do business with them. Look at their star rating. That should speak for itself. Plus in the past two months my service has gone out at least 10 times. Did they credit me for that? Absolutely not. I now have to settle for a lack luster internet company just so I can afford internet my son needs for school. And now that they have discontinued the discounted Internet I have to pay nearly double for the same speed. For the price they want me to pay I should get stock in the company read more
