He arrived at 10:55, and we asked if he could wait just a bit as we were not there (I also don't live on the property and I let him know it was about 20 minutes away it is a vacant property we can't just wait there) he said he couldn't wait he had other jobs. He was very understanding, even with the car needing to be hooked up to another car and being dirty from sitting.
