I bought and replaced the module myself, and then contacted Adiel (aka Eddie) at AFA. He promptly sent out a locksmith, Carlos, who cut and programmed a new ignition key for me within fifteen minutes. Adiel was great with communication, and Carlos was very professional and understood the truck's computer system better than the guys at the dealership did.
