The Toyota dealer who should have had the replacement key and should have been able to help me was useless and couldnt even tell me if the one replacement smart key they had in stock would work in my car. John made a contact with a person he knows that was able to advise me to buy the key and that it would in fact work and after an Uber to the (useless) Toyota dealer to pick up the replacement smart key I returned back to my car and within 10 minutes one of John's co workers arrived reprogrammed the key and car and had me on my way to Austin. He even called me a couple of hours later as I was on the road to Austin to make sure everything was OK and I found out he is a retired US Military pilot who gives back to other Vets. One of the best experiences I have had in customer service. Use this guy and his business. Our country would be better off if we had more people like him running businesses. At 9 he said he got a flat tire, which is ok I understand accidents happen. He said it would now be 10:30 back to original time. At 10:35 I asked if he was there and he then said 11 tire took longer than expected. Left to get a coffee. He arrived at 10:55, and we asked if he could wait just a bit as we were not there (I also don't live on the property and I let him know it was about 20 minutes away it is a vacant property we can't just wait there) he said he couldn't wait he had other jobs. As if we had not waited for an hour and a half for him at this point. He said it wasn't his fault he got a flat tire, but it wasn't mine either. I understand he had other jobs but we were also a job he had to do. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend them. A friend sent me El Cándidos number and they came immediately!
