My call was answered promptly by a person that not only took my call but was able to answer basic questions. An appointment was made for that same day. Mr. Maser arrived at my home, on time, and assessed my concerns. He took the time to explain his equipment, monitoring system, and other options available including cameras. After evaluating all his proposals, I decided to go with the security monitoring system, and cameras around the house. After the installation, he also took the time to update my cell phone with an app so that I could monitor my house when I was away. DO NOT BELIEVE what the representative says. I was told when I moved my service from one home to another it would just be a transfer. Well it is not. The two years I had the service was completely erased when I moved and the contract started over when it was transferred to a new home. So I will have had this service for 7 years by the time I can cancel it. My best advice is to not use this company. All I can say as I might as well have thrown almost $5000.00 out the window. The only thing I can be grateful for is that I have the cheapest service which is just the alarm and motion sensors on the windows and doors. I have to set it and monitor it myself. It can't be hooked up to the police or fire department because that would be another amount to pay. Use anything but this company.
