We did the consult over messages and phone call. He kept his appointment as promised. Very Professional and Veteran Owned Company. I would recommend them for all your Garage Needs. I really ruined my Garage door and they came out and fixed it with no issues. read more

Back on August 2021 I contacted Mr Fox to replace my 80yo parents garage door. I had used him on a prior good experience. To replace the door Me Fox required a $895.00 deposit. He has never returned my phone calls or my emails to either finish the garage door installation or refund me my deposit money. Do not use this business there are a number of Google ratings stating the exact issue I am experiencing. read more

I cannot even begin to describe how terrible my experience was with this company. Our security company sales representative told us he would provide a MyQ Garage Hub with the purchase of our alarm system. Unfortunately he decided to use RAC Doors to install our hub. After numerous missed appointments I talked to the owner, Charles Fox, who maybe the most condescending person I've attempted to do business. Twice I took time off work to be available for my appointment, and when I addressed this, I was told life happens. Charles told me twice he personally would come and install my hub. The first time, prior to missing the appointment, Charles called and explained how invasive this maybe because he needed access to my router, WiFi password and computer. The second time he cancelled as expected. In closing, RUN FAR, RUN FAST and find someone else. read more

DO NOT USE! Spring of 2021 Charles came out upon a recommendation of a friend, gave us an estamite, we gave him $1800 dollars on a special order dooor, after that there was little or no communication. Today over a year later he is here on the internet with rave reviews but Susan B. and us. We didn't recieve the product we in good faith gave deposits for. Karma will take care of him! read more

Our garage doors weren't acting reliably. The doors would only partially go either up or down at times, and the lights would come on in the garage on their own. We called RAC and are so glad we did! They came over the next day, diagnosed the problems, and made the repairs the following day. All the work was explained as well as the warranty on the various parts. They set up the remotes and went over instructions for how we can do it as well. They made sure any questions were answered so we feel confident with the new system. Steve and Raul were a pleasure to work with! read more

After what I believed what was total destruction of our garage door, and worse yet, already after normal business hours, I found RAC listed as one of the very few 24hr services. I sent him a video via text of the damage. When the service person showed up, he already had an idea of what needed to be done, and brought parts needed saving time, and money. The garage door and the railway was repaired quickly and is in better shape than before. It's nice knowing that there are still businesses like this, a quick response with quick repair. read more

Gave them a deposit 1YEAR AGO, multiple promised ship dates - no doors to date. Requested proof that the doors were even on order with the manufacturer - did not respond. They are now refusing to give back our deposit. DO NOT USE read more

Awesome service for a great price. Charles is very knowledgeable and professional. Very satisfied! Thank you!!

I highly recommend RAC Doors. They were able to get out to my house the day I called and give me different options in replacing my garage door opener. I was able to purchase opener on my own and have them expertly install it and also fix some other issues from the previous install. read more

Recommend. Spoke to Charles this morning and he was able to set me up with an appointment that same afternoon. Steve called me 15min before Arriving to confirm appointment. Steve was on time ,professional , and courteous . He replaced the two springs on garage door in a timely matter. Good prices . I.e. "It's not as easy as YouTube puts it ". read more

Horrible communication and super flaky service. I called Charles for the first time and he did not answer. Once I left a voicemail, he called back and I explained to him the nature of our garage door problem. Suspecting it was a malfunctioning spring, he asked for me to text a video of the garage door. I sent that video to him on Monday 4/20/20. I did not hear back all day. I called him again on Tuesday, which he did not answer and waited for my voicemail again. He said he'd needed to check his warehouse for the part and would get back to me shortly. Another day goes by, Wednesday I have to reach out to him asking if had the part to which he texts back saying he "believes" he has the part. I asked him when he could come replace the part, no response. He finally replied Thursday morning and said he can come Friday between 930-1030am, keep in mind the first contact was made on Monday. Friday morning comes around and Charles is nowhere to be found. I texted him asking if he were still coming to repair the garage door, no answer. Called him one more time Friday afternoon without answer. He simply no-showed. I called another company on Friday evening and had it repaired by Saturday afternoon. I would absolutely NOT recommend Charles or RAC Doors Unlimited. What a horrible experience and a joke of a business owner. I hope that whatever he was doing while dodging my calls and texts were worth it. read more

Our garage went off track and the steel cable on one side became a spaghetti mess. RAC Doors not only fixed our door quickly, they conducted maintenance on everything (lubrication, tighten chain, etc.) for no extra cost. Due to the poor installation from our home builder, our door used to rattle and be noisy when opening/closing. When RAC Doors was finished, our door became so much quieter and smoother. Knowledgeable, friendly, effective, and quality for a good price. We can't thank them enough. read more

My garage door fell out of its tracks and was not budging! Cutting close to usual closing business hours I contacted to see if my garage door could be repaired last minute. Within the hour I had the tech show up at my door. Very professional and well mannered. He explained how it happened and how to avoid mishaps. He did great with the extras (installed lightbulb on opener I had neglected to install and added support). Very happy with the service and would recommend. read more
