Tom Clawson of Xpert Garage Doors fixed our garage door that was installed just four months ago by…read moreAce Garage Doors. Needless to say, they botched the installation, and Tom came to the rescue! The clanking and rattling of the frame was noisy and jarring, and got so loud with the temperature change from a few days ago, that I could no longer stand it. I felt that the weight of the doors were going to eventually come crashing down. Tom measured the frame, and the right side was 1.5" higher than the left side. He also showed me the wheels which were apparently the cheapest that can be installed on garage doors. The hinges were also the lowest possible quality out there. He essentially had to take it apart, and start over replacing the wheels, and the hinges. I recommend Xpert Garage Doors highly. Tom Clawson is professional and knows what he is doing, a true expert. 5/5

Once it rained, about 3 weeks after they put the shingles on and refused to tell us whether or not they were finished, we had 2 terrible leaks still, actually worse than before they started! Randy Ponce tried to blame our skylights on the opposite side of the house, which was physically impossible! After several attempts to get them to rectify the situation Randy texted that he was declining to finish the job and refused to do the interior. Then stopped all communication with us except for having someone in his office email to ask for more money! We sued Mountain Star Roofing and Randy Ponce and are still in litigation as he has not even shown up for the first two hearings! I should add that they also gooped tar all over our fairly new siding! And that they were slamming the shingles down on the roof so hard that it was extremely loud and made some of the sheetrock come down in our bedroom and kitchen which WE HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO OF EVERYTHING! We are confident we will win this case fully very soon! We highly recommend you keep this company off of your property!
