He gave me options, and we talked through the plan. I was heading to Korea for a year with the Army, so he worked with me, doing the project in parts based on my budget. Maria Fernandez said someone would go down there and see what repairs need to be done and why the wrought iron fence broke. She said the work is under a one-year warranty. So we rely on others to go tell us what is the problem with the gate since our tenant was complaining. Yet, Maria stated on GOOGLE review today that she couldn't find our contract in her records....We don't ask for money down. She also stated that she can't communicate with me because she doesn't have my phone number or emails. I have the invoice and emails to prove that this business does poor work and is unreliable.
