I contacted the company that same night. I finally got a response 13 days later on 9/22/26--by that time I had fixed the leak myself. The damage was to the weather sealant between the siding and the brick wall right where the windows were installed. During installation, they understandably had to hamnmer around that whole area to adjust and fit the new windows which in turn loosened the weather sealant. Before their install service I had never had water leaks. I was not pleased with their lack of response to the issue.

They did run into a difficult situation with a patio roof deck that was in bad shape and had been previously covered with hot tar and rolled on asphalt, complete mess. Sean and his crew worked their butts off making the surface ready for coating and saved us a good chunk of money in the process. The 15 year warranty was a great selling point too!
