He gave me options, and we talked through the plan. I was heading to Korea for a year with the Army, so he worked with me, doing the project in parts based on my budget. Even when the prices for materials went up, he explained everything. After I got back from Korea, I saw some damage on one of the boards, probably due to high winds or a storm. I sent Richard a text and some pics, and within a week, he was out here, inspecting everything and ended up replacing seven boards! He really pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work.
