I quite literally had zero issues with this company. I had a very small concrete job I wanted done and nobody else would take the job at a reasonable price. I saw some other reviews on here of people complaining about blah, blah, blah and whatever but, for me, super awesome experience. Daniel and Christina are really cool people, very personable and just a pleasure to talk with. I have several other projects planned in the future and will most definitely be reaching back out to them. Ramirez Landscaping was very fast, professional and made my front yard beautiful. They are very responsive to phone calls and kept me up-to-date on the status of the work being done. They helped me select all the details (rock color, style of brick, etc) for my front yard. This was especially helpful since I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted. After the work was done, they cleaned up all debris...both from my yard and my neighbors since I had a short rock ball built between my house and my neighbors. I'm very disappointed with this company. The first time they came to our house, they were over an hour late. The lady I spoke to told me that she had a different time down, which wasn't the time she gave me when I scheduled it. The outcome of the services were decent, which is the reason why I scheduled them to come back today between 10-11 am. After calling them, leaving them a message and waiting over two hours for a response, I finally got a call back. The owner finally came around 1:35 pm to assess the work. He gave me a $200 dollar quote, which is not worth their flaky schedule, services and response time. It is very irresponsible of any business to keep a potential customer waiting. And no....it is not okay to be late, as people do schedule their day around these types of events. If I were you, I would go with a different company. read more

Very pleased with Daniel Ramirez and his work removing over 80 feet of rock wall. On the business end, contact was easy and Ramirez was on time with an accurate estimate of his costs. On the labor side, work was completed on time and with excellent wall removal and cleanup. Wall was removed with care to avoid damaging nearby mature trees. No debris was left behind. He failed to show up to an scheduled appointment. My husband took time off work to meet him and he did not even bother to call to cancel, he did not apologize when we called because he was not showing up and just said he wasn't going to make it, he never reschedule either read more

Based on a previous review, I called Ramirez Landscaping. I called to schedule an appointment and was told I would get a call back with an appointment. I waited 2 days before I called back to find out about an appointment. The lady did not apologize, but scheduled me for the following Monday with 2 hour time frame. On the scheduled date, I waited all day and no one showed up. I called to find out the status and got voicemail. I left a message, but of course it has been 3 days and never got a call back. If this is any indication as to their quality of work..... GOOD LUCK!!! read more
