It must be said that the palm that need a serious trim was over 40 feet tall, one landscaper already told us "no". These guys come prepared in full safety gear and ready to trim. They even managed to keep a nest of baby birds safe. very reasonable on pricing and they arrived when they said they would. Waiting for them to give us an estimate on other work, so we definitely will be hiring them again soon. They speak English so there is no worry about miscommunication. I HIGHLY recommend! I have a rental and live out of state. They just took out old grass and rocks in my backyard and replaced it with a flagstone path and landscaping rock. They also patched my rock wall where some rocks had fallen, put a a wire trellis against my home for my vine. They didn't just throw plastic down and put rock on top, they dug down several inches and removed the old soil, I highly doubt grass or even weeds will grown back. Eli, the owner was quick to send an estimate, they started the day they said they would and came everyday until it was finished. There was a small issue they forgot, I contacted him and he was here early the next morning to fix it. It's obvious Eli has a lot of experience in landscaping and all aspects, he is knowledgeable on trees and shrubs for this area. He's patient, dependable, reliable, and they cleaned up after they finished. I was out of town when they did the work. I have heard so many stories of people giving a contractor money and they disappear or don't finish the job, etc. My neighbor said she's wants to hire them. And they can finance. read more

Our front yard was overgrown and yellowed. The surviving plants required constant watering. Eli came over and did a careful evaluation. He was able to suggest hardy drought resistant plants that would not only serve as a property boundary, but also give us a break from watering so often. In addition, we wanted plants that would help pollinator populations by providing sustenance with flowers. Eli and his crew spent 3 days clearing out the planter beds, applying fertilizer, planting beautiful desert plants, laying down weed barriers, and applying a stone layer topped with boulders between plants. Cacti, Agave, Ocotillo and succulents. They performed amazing work resulting in a beautiful yard. The cost was quite reasonable. If you need professional work with awesome results, Millan Landscaping comes with our highest recommendation. There are 2 more projects planned for later this year and next Spring. I needed to have my curb appeal look...appealing. I. Other words, the stubborn weeds and grass growing up in between the rocks - where there should not be grass- it all had to go. I had tried myself to spray with this heavy duty stuff I got from one of the large chain hardware and home type places, and it went up my nose, created a sinus infection that kept me out of the gym for weeks, and still did not kill the weeds. I realize at that point that I needed a professional. I called Milan landscaping and they called me back right away and set up an appointment for when I really needed them to show up. The guy came and sprayed for the weeds. Really sprayed good in the front of the house the sidewalk and all in the backyard he sprayed for the grass with there should not be any grass and he said he would be back in two or three days to give the chemicals a chance to work and he would pull all the weeds out in two or three days he came back as he said, and I did not have to be home. He knew where the areas were and he really did an amazing job so it was not cheap but considering he came on two occasions and did an outstanding job and guaranteed his work and said if anything sprouted up to call him and he would come and spray again. I have to say it was well worth it because the house looks great outside. I highly recommend this business. read more

I contracted Millan to plant 5 trees. A 30 gallon, 15 gallon and 3 5 gallon bushes. Dug 5 holes and experienced buckets of huge rocks which is typical for the Westside of El Paso. He planted each one like a professional gardener. He also repaired 5 sprinkler leaks that sprung up from old water lines. Cleaned up and hauled out the old dirt and rocks that he dug up. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. We set appointment to handle up the job and again he was punctual, professional, efficient, and thorough. The leaves were gone and the pre-emergent applied. His price was very reasonable, particularly compared to some of the other quotes that seemed closer to theft than a real quote.
