The staff are always super friendly and (almost over) eager to help you the second you get into the store and it's rare that they don't have an insight or helpful tip to assist in selecting the right tool or part for the job at hand. The parking lot is a little tricky at times, but the pros far outweigh the cons for the location and selection available. I personally wish they had more lumber and garden selection, but for such a small store, it's not at all practical or cost effective. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal. The owner is a super neat guy too and it's obvious that he wants this place to succeed as he's very hands on in the store.
